Mike was here right on time. He was very professional in listening to my concerns. He resealed my roof unit around my new roof and tuned it up so that it is ready for the summer season. I love this company!

It is Saturday... the start of Labor Day weekend.... and the AC goes out. Just my luck! I immediately called my home warranty company and advised them that it was 115° in Arizona and I needed to make sure my 14-month-old son keeps cool. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and they mentioned that 1st Choice Mechanical LLC was in the area and they would be out to fix the air-conditioning ASAP. Indeed they did! Tim was very professional, polite and friendly! He was able to figure out and explain the issue(s) and fix it promptly. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Mechanical and use them again! My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Technician said our AC/heating unit was working great, but insisted we really needed to get a new AC immediately because freon would be phased out and our home warranty AC coverage was discontinued as a result. Why should we prematurely replace a well functioning unit? The presentation and wording came across like scare tactic or high pressure sales. This actually ended up causing a rift between us and our home warranty company where we cancelled on them.

These guys came out to fix an AC issue through American Home Warranty. What a surprise, usually Home Warranty Companies get a bad reputation. But they did an amazing job!

I desperately called Appliance Repair Bros on a Friday night (as all other places were closed) very concerned that my fridge and freezer were well above normal temperature.

Vlad and his assistant came on by promptly that night (!), were very courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.
