I'm so happy with the incredible service we received from A.P.E.S. Our technician was thorough, communicative, and understanding. He worked hard to resolve issues that, apparently, other HVAC providers had overlooked/ignored/slapped a bandaid on. I wish I'd discovered APES years ago. I'm sold.

This was a really fantastic experience. I called in the morning and someone was scheduled to be here between 1-3. I got the call that my tech was on way around 1:30 and arrived by 2. Matt was knowledge and helpful. We walked through my two different matters and the 4 rooms that it affected ad well as outside while raining tankless waterheater outside. All was completed and done within an hour and a half!!! Definitely would recommend Hays again!!!

I called for help with a power outage affecting two of the rooms in my house. The techs that came out were so helpful and polite. They solved my issue, as well as provided some recommendations for a few other problems they'd observed. Overall great service, I will definitely call them again next time I need help.

I called Goettl as I wanted a reputable company that I could trust. Aaron came out to inspect my existing rooftop unit which I knew I would eventually need to be replaced and he was thorough and took many pictures to show the dying unit. I got a bid to replace it and was very impressed with the installer me Adrian and Cesar. They were very detailed and explained everything that they were doing and what to expect from the system when it was operating. Thank you to all the employees that assisted in getting me a unit that I won’t have to worry about for years.

Steve took pictures and explained the current condition of my unit. He offered several price options for replacement and Eric and Mike were available to do the work the next day. Everyone was very professional and very pleasant to work with.

Josh Burk was my service person today. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the issues with my kitchen faucet. My home is 30-35 yrs old and so is the plumbing.Josh is a great communicator. He is warm, friendly, witty, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is a true professional who made sure that I was kept informed as to what steps needed to be taken, as he discovered them. He was very attentive and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with his tasks.He did have to purchase new parts, for my repair and did so willingly.He was very concerned about not creating a mess and was most intent on returning the contents that belong under this sink to their storage area.I am truly impressed and commend Josh as well as his employers at Parker and Sons. I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

The Most Excellent job done by Mr. James .f. My hot water wasn't getting hot (only in the shower) and we had maintenance Mr. Oggy come by 3times. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue however, he said if he can't get it fixed he'll be glad to escalate it to his manager. Glad he did because then I met Mr. James who was Very polite & respectful and got the job done in a reasonable time. I would recommend D.W Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc. to any one having issues with their Plumbing. Thank u so Much James I can finally take a nice hot shower????

Trustable and quick turnaround

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
