Scott from Hobaica came out to take a look at our older AC system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Scott discovered some things that could potentially be addressed and also showed pictures to explain what he was referring to. It was refreshing to not be sold a brand new AC unit like multiple other companies immediately wanted to push. Thank you for coming out to our house and for the great customer service. We will always call Hobaica for any HVAC services and maintenance moving forward.

We had Goettl out yesterday due to a lack of heat. They sent a tech out to troubleshoot the unit. after checking everything found a few loose wires and reconnected them. We were very happy with the service. He said if it still did not work, to call and they would come out. Well, no heat this morning. When I called they were very apoligetic and said they had Elvin out today. He was very professional and ran a complete test of the system finding that the thermal coupler switch that was having an issue, intermittenly. There was no charge for this today. Highly recommend this company.

Great company, I had Kevin the last two times and he is always on time, cheerful, professional and most of all he is good at what he does. My parts and labor are still under warranty so the only charge is just the regular maintenance, great value for the money.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. Pinon Air is not notch. The company that my warranty company sent to install a new A.C. unit did such a terrible job that after 2 months, I ended up with significant water damage due to improper installation. I hired Pinon Air and paid out of pocket because warranty co. denied my claim and I can't say enough how happy I am with Yogi. He was professional, communicated with me, sent me before and after pictures. Quoted me a price and stuck by that quote even though it took him longer than anticipated to correct the mess. This is the second home in which we have had Howard Air install two complete Trane HVAC systems. We have found them to be very easy to work with. They communicate well, are prompt on appointment arrivals, thoroughly explain how everything works and come back as needed to resolve any outstanding problems or issues. Certainly not the least expensive company out there, we feel they deliver excellent value for money invested.
