Joey came by this afternoon to diagnose what was wrong with our air conditioning unit and take care of it for us. He was friendly and professional and explained every step along the way. Technician Ryan is very informative and easy to work with. This is the second time I have used Ryan for A/C tune-up and repair though at two different houses. He is trustworthy and won't try to up sell services or items you don't need. I will continue to use him for any future issues that may come and wouldn't hesitate to refer him and this company to family and/or friends.

AC in 2016. The experience was excellent and the did it on very short notice. Since we had it installed and took out the service contract , we have had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Jim who
do our bi-annual service. We have nothing but compliments for SG, along with Andy, Kyle and Jim..Their work is exceptional and they always clean everything up whe finished. In an area where there are so many choices for AC services we highly recommend this company and these employees.

The technician, Ivan, took the time to show me things I wouldn’t otherwise have known—such as where the a/c condensation drains into a drain under the sink in the second bathroom (black pipe) or even into a little pipe or spout in the shower ceiling (white pipe) if the sink drain gets backed up.All the more reason to make sure the sink drain doesn’t get clogged up! I had no idea what these two pipes were for—or that they were part of the a/c systemI appreciate the fact that he took the time to show me this—and explain it.His entire maintenance/service call was this informative and this professional. He was not rushed—and he didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff.He walked me through all the pictures he took of our unit. (I wasn’t allowed to climb up their 20 ‘ straight ladder—I’m sure for liability reasons.)But with the pictures (on his phone) I could see everything . I understand the system a little better now.Appreciate the time he took—and his communication with someone who is not a/c savvy.

They were amazing to work with. My AC went out, and they were able to come out same day to bandaid it back so we had air until they could install our new system. This was very important for my family since it was 110 degrees plus during this time! The overall experience from their service tech to the install crew was impressive. I highly recommend them to anyone for all your AC needs!

Totally professional in explaining the problems I had with my old system... showed me the problem, and explained the possible solutions. I opted for a NEW A/C unit, more efficient, air purification unit, and installation in 2 days !! Dan was OUTSTANDING in every way. ACE... DO NOT LOSE THIS GUY!! I have used Comfort One to service an a/c unit at a commercial building. They kept me informed the entire way, when they were on there way, when they arrived and when they were done.
This is the time to do your preseason servicing, none of us want a call on the middle of a June heat wave about an a/c failure. Great service great prices.

Air went out on a very hot day. Lyle was here in hours . Got the part that day and installed early the next day. House cooled in minutes . Love this company. And we thanks to Lyle for the great service !

Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. Thanks walker plumbing for awesome and quick emergency repair.

This is busy time for AC vendors in AZ and they were very timely in informing of any delays

The Green ID team did a good job for me. I chose them as a listed contractor used by APS for Home Energy Assessments. I purchased my home a year ago and did not know much about the history of the house. I hoped the audit would point out areas where I could make improvements.

The overall audit did not come up with a huge annual savings for me, but the work done did greatly improve the comfort of the house. Besides additional insulation and sealing the duct work, they installed a radiant barrier along the roof slope and along the walls. Green ID also balanced the airflow in my home making the rooms that were warmer much more comfortable.

The Green ID crew were very polite and I hardly knew they were there. They cleaned up their mess each day (a two day job) and did a good job of sweeping up debris from their work. The crew was very good in trying to not inconvenience me.

My only complaint' is I was told by the salesperson that the crew would be there at 6:30 a.m. to get an early start on the job before it gets too hot. The person who called to remind me of the appointment gave me a different time. I told her what I was told originally. Bottom line is I got up hours earlier in order to be ready for them when they did show up, which turned out to be 9:00 a.m.
