Best Schedule Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I recently used Penquin Plumbing for maintenance servicing of my AC unit and installation of new water heater. The staff of Penquin Air have always been very professional, courteous, and helpful in any way possible. I will always recommend their services to everyone. The quality of work received always is the best .

Had an emergency situation and called them... they showed up super fast and were very nice and informative. Explained my problem and possible solutions and had me fixed up in no time. I've since called them for a couple other issues and always the same great service with a smile. Won't ever go anywhere else!

Scheduling an appointment was so easy. They estimated ab arrival between 12-3pm but would try to arrive earlier and my technician was here at 10:45! Jordan Kay was my technician and he was great. Professional and courteous, took time to explain everything and made sure to double and triple check that everything was running and I was getting cold A/C before finishing up. I would absolutely work with this company again and hope to have the same friendly technician as well!

Brandon and Justin were here for duct cleaning today and did a thorough job while explaining everything they did along the way. Couldn't be happier with their work and the professionalism they exhibited. They were very communicative with their arrival time which was greatly appreciated as well. 1st Choice Mecanical is a wonderful family owned company that really takes care of their customers. We used SG Mechanical to install a humidifier into a new HVAC system. The consultation with Andy, the owner, and installation of humidifier and new thermostats and build of new plenum were exemplary all around. Andy's team - Cody, Kirkland, Zach and Miles - were all extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Of note is how attentive they were to cleaning up post-install - floors swept and wiped down (even the tops of the floorboards!). Very responsive and the expertise of this group is evident. A++ all around. Would recommend for any HVAC issue/install you may have.

Workers are professional, reliable and honest. Person was on time and explained everything in detail that he was going to check. We were pleased with his service and the time he spent with us.

They went above and beyond when they did not have to. Extremely personable and had pleasurable interactions with all members of the benefit team. They showed up quicker than they needed to. Honestly, I can write a chapter on the experience and how great it was. They made sure I had what I needed, and honestly made sure I didnt pay for something I did not need.

Not too happy with ACE home services, they've cancelled my last 2 appointments. Stuart, however, has always taken care of our systems like they were his own. If you do use ACE, ask for Stuart as your technician.

I filled out the form on their website and they called me right back and somebody was out here in a couple hours to provide the service. Can't ask for better.

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

Unfortunately I had another after hours emergency repair but Patrick Riley came through once again. Normally Freddy comes out but this time it was Oliver. I can say all of their technicians are very friendly, polite, and professional. Patrick Riley goes above and beyond not just on their repairs but also customer satisfaction. Highly highly recommend this service provider.

This was our first time using Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and I'm so glad that we called them! They answered our call right away and sent a knowledgeable tech out to our dance studio business in the West Valley. They did a thorough job servicing our HVAC. The tech explained to us what he did and that our equipment was back and working 100%! We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future for sure.

These guys were honest and did great work. Dave, the owner, is a great guy and helped us every step of the way. The initial cost to do the work for going green is expensive regardless of the company, but after three months I can tell you it's totally worth it.
