Fighting with your home warranty company is never fun. These guys did it for me. The management, service techs, and operations all were high speed. I’ll use them moving forward.

They worked with our time available and were very thorough in explaining our options. Fixed it the next day and can now breathe that water is not spraying and wasting all over back yard.

Every time I need NVM, they come through. Excellent customer service, punctuality, professionalism, and dedication to their customers. I'll never use another AC company, and I can't recommend highly enough.

Rick came out the same day in 115• heat and got our AC back up and running- followed up to check on us to make sure we were good for the night. He went way over and above my highest expectations! Have set him up in my calendar to do all yearly maintenance. Truly an exceptional technician and person!

They were incredibly fast and able to replace our broken HVAC system in between our guests’ stays. They were great at communicating with us quickly and with care. Their warranty is also excellent. They weren’t the cheapest but they had the best overall package of service and warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would!!! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much!! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there. Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He wanted to check the attic. #1 I have zero insulation up there and #2 the duct work fell off the vent. Thats why no air was pushing through the vents in the house! I would 100% recommend this company if you need anything repaired or looked at. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Very happy with the service! Thank you Chris and Alien Air. You will be my go to company from here on out!!!

I'm not sure what his name was; I will say that he was extremely helpful and he even went beyond to assist me with sawing a piece of wood for my kitchen counter. He was so polite and professional and easy to talk to because I didn't know what exactly I wanted nor did I have any knowledge in carpentry. His helpfulness was far and beyond. I would recommend Ace store to anyone and I will definitely make this my store.

Shopping for an A.C. unit, they were friendly and knowledgeable

I have been their customer for 20 plus years. Their personnel have always been courteous and friendly, on time and sometimes able to arrive early. Today's visit went just as well.However. Today I conceded to replace an electrical block, parts and labor $431.00. ( Interesting)Two previous serviceman from this company, this past two years, recommended the same replacement but their costs were 3 to 5 thousand dollars. ( Odd )Had I the experience, I would have done it myself.While he was on a phone call, after replacing the part; I looked it up on Amazon. The part was less than $20.00.Labor Time spent to replace the block, 10 min. Total time thru bi-annual service call, that I have a yearly contract for, was one hour.Take advantage much?Maybe I should go to vocational schooling, and I can make $400.00 an hour.Seriously debating on changing my service contract.

Goliath Mechanical team was courteous and amazing. They obviously knew what they were doing and worked tirelessly to finish the job on time. I recommend them to anyone in need!! The best team in the valley!!

Preferred Air was fantastic. I have had three other companies come out and all of them either recommended whole unit replacements or guesses at what was wrong and never followed up. Preferred Air was able to diagnose the issues and explain our options. They were on time and professional, the front office was great too. Craig and his team were the hvac techs which came out. Highly recommend this place!
