Incredible service and professionalism. Technicians were very helpful and the entire process from inspection and diagnosis to installation was great. We had an older hot water tank quit on us overnight and in less than 24 hours we had the problem solved with a new tank. They helped us explore all of our options and let us decide what we wanted to do. Great company!

Company representatives, Jared and Brendan, were friendly and professional.
They did a great job in protecting our floor, furniture and clothes. They completed their job earlier than quoted.

My air stopped working late at night and I called a few companies. I called one hour air and the guy was rude, so I called George Brazil and it was an answering service who could not give me any info. My last call was Just Air and I talked to someone immediately. He answered my questions about price and I scheduled a service call for the next day. The two techs showed up on time and were very professional and helpful. They had to replace a (resistor thingy?) and added a pound of coolant. The service call was less than 45 minutes and my air works perfectly now. It is a very old unit and I am sure they could have told me it needed to be replaced, but they did what was necessary and did not gouge me for more $. AC repair is not cheap so you need to be able to trust the company. These guys have earned my trust and I would not consider using any other company.

So pleased with Fred, operations mgr. who checked out a/c which was failing and presented options. Since unit was no longer under warranty we decided to go with new unit and service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend this company.

I had water heater tripping the circuit breaker - turned out I had the kind that needed to be replaced, metal inside was melting from overheating.Timothy Mixey came the next day, removed old panel, worked all day and got my power back..the night before Christmas Eve. These guys came out to fix an AC issue through American Home Warranty. What a surprise, usually Home Warranty Companies get a bad reputation. But they did an amazing job!

Their men came in & evaluated what needed to be done. They proceeded in a timely & efficient manner on the new installation. After the install was finished & tested they explained the system to us.

They are an excellent HVAC company. I have been using them for a few years, and they are consistently great! Their technician fixed my furnace that was not blowing perfectly and smoothly did it on time. He is an expert, well-skilled, and highly trained service technician I worked with, and I strongly recommend their services for your HVAC problems!

From Gerald to the installation team, all did what they said they where going to do. They showed up on time, little if any mess, finished the job promptly and Gerald double check the work. As former contractor I do not recommend many, but these guys I do, because they earned it.

Got a new train A/C unit installed. I had 2 companies come out and B3 got the job done at a better price and with a higher quality unit. They also had it done the next day and the other company was a few days out. Nice experience working with Keith over there.

AccuTemp replaced both of our AC units and did and incredible job! I would highly recommend, their staff goes above and beyond. The employee's took calls after hours and assisted with any questions.

I have used ACA for 15 years. Originally I was looking for a company that was locally owned and operated and that installed the brand of hepa filtration and air purification that I preferred.I have severe allergies and asthma and I try to be as proactive in my environment as possible.I have owned 2 homes with 2 units each in Phoenix Metro and ACA has serviced both homes with superb maintenance and replacement when needed.Although all the field experts are excellent, I especially admire ——“J.C.”——He upholds the companies standards and is knowledgeable and pleasant.I have been so pleased with my experience that I have referred ACA on my nextdoor app.

At first I had a positive experience with this company getting our new systems installed back in May, but then I found out several months later they wired our heating element wrong and couldn't get ahold of anyone on their team to come fix it. I ended up hiring another company to fix the problem. Then I was in communication with the owner of Velox Air about the issue asking for a refund for the poor work her guys did back in May and she said she would cut me a check a month ago but I haven't heard from her since with several followups sent. The owner gave me the run around blaming the equipment and and questioning the operator use even and several other things after I told her what my new technician found...120 volts wired into a 24 volt section of the computer board. Sarah and Velox Air team, I'll change this back to a positive post for you when you refund me the money you promised. No hard feelings. Please do what is right.
