These guys were great. They knew what they were doing and did everything as planned and at the agreed price. They even fixed some minor settings in the thermostat that were set at default by accident. No extra charge.

We had some electrical wiring problems that left our living room and kitchen in the dark and on Christmas Eve! And we were hosting Christmas at our house in less than 24 hours! No Christmas tree lights, no light in the dining room, cooking in the dark, ugh. I called several electricians, most didn’t answer their phones, none returned my voicemail. I was about ready to accept that we were going to celebrate Christmas in the dark because none were willing to come out over the holiday weekend, except for Parker and Sons.Scott came out on Christmas Eve and diagnosed that we had a problem with the wires between a couple outlets. He was very professional and was able to get the lights back on! Literally saved Christmas in our home. Thank you!

These guys are great. I had a few other ac companies look at my unit & they had told me the unit needed replacing. I called mountain air & they came over & figured out the problem in 10 mins and replaced a starter kit & a capacitor. A few hours later my ac unit was working again. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you mountain air!!!!

Very unsatisfied with their services. I was lied to about my ac unit they said I needed a new one and and then they did a little PVC pipe work for and charged me over a hundred dollars for that. They also didn't clean my unit good outside they only cleaned 3 sides. I was over charged and lied to. My sister had an ac friends come over and look and wasn't as bad as they said
