Justin was great! We had three other plumbing companies come out to try to figure out where a sewer smell was coming from and they never were able to figure it out. Justin came out and figured out what the issue was in a matter of minutes and had the repair done and under a half an hour. Destry was also great. He figured out an issue with our washer. I highly recommend this company.

Mike at Hays has been my guy for years. He is an absolute professional. He knows what he is doing, always looks for the best and most cost effective solution to my problems, has a wealth of knowledge about heating and air and especially my wine cellar unit (not too many technicians know about that and believe me I have gone through three companies to find Mike). Mike is a good person, trustworthy, honest, kind, always willing to explain things and take the time to make sure that everything is done right before he leaves. He is also pro active and when he sees something that could be a potential problem down the road he discusses options and lets me make the decision to act or wait. I trust Hays. They are there in an emergency and they are there for the routine stuff. It means a lot to know you can count on someone to be honest and efficient and responsive. Michael Lane did a wonderful job figuring out the issue we were having. It was a tougher fix (we had multiple units that I wasn’t very familiar with being that we moved in recently) but he patiently worked and kept us updated as he went along the process. He found the problem and got it completely fixed. It turns out a rodent had gotten to some wires on my units. I was very grateful for the quality service. And my family is thankful that we can carry out everyday life again with a comfortable cool temperature in the house. He’s a great representation of Goettl.

I really love AZ Perfect Comfort, they have the best service compares to some other companies. Our AC had issue on the Labor day weekend, I called them on early in the morning on the Labor Day (at 7AM) and James arrived after 1 hour and fixed all the issue within 15 mins and explained to me all the details. I highly recommend to use them if you have any AC related issue.

We have been customers of Howard for many years. They've installed our units and serviced them and we've felt ourselves fortunate in that we've had no issues through the years. When the service people come on our checkups, they are clean and polite and happy to explain everything they are doing. We feel fortunate to be associated with such a reliable and friendly business and plan to stay with them forever.

The young men that came to install the system were very respectful of us as seniors. We were kept informed as things were progressing. If they needed to do something, not related to work they would always ask permission. They stayed until the system was working to our satisfaction, which was well into the evening, due to complications they encountered during installation of the unit. Their names are Junior, and his helper whose name I forgot and Marcos. Gary the repair man was very nice and explained in detail what would be need and why we needed the new unit. Worked hard to get us scheduled a next day install, when you're without heat we were more than happy.
