We LOVE Hays. They have excellent service and are always available. We bought our Trane Heat Pump from therm. To keep our unit working correctly we have two preventative maintenance services a year at a VERY reasonable cost. Recently when we thought we had an issue, Tech Richard Rustin came out and did an extensive look to see if the concerns we had about recent unit behaviors was typical or a problem. Everything was fine, but Richards due diligence was amazing.

Jesse was awesome! He showed up right on time and was super friendly and helpful from the start. His knowledge and professionalism were super helpful, and his photos helps make explain my system. Can’t say enough good things about him.

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

Let me begin with SG’s re-installation of my whole house humidifier. They found that the initial installation by a different company had been a failure. It now runs perfectly because of the excellent work of SG. As a result of their work, they are now my go-to HVAC team. I can absolutely refer SG for their excellent work and customer service.

Junior was excellent! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very clearly. With pictures and diagrams, we understood what work needed to be completed. He was very considerate of the wife’s breathing issues.

They installed my new Trane AC and new duct system and the results are excellent (performance and savings). Also, they perform the annual service on the AC at a very reasonable cost. I use this company for all my AC services because they are very professional and reliable.

These guys are great! I talked with one of those big name companies first. Then I talked to Chris over at Alien. He explained that it would be about 3x LESS than what the big companies were charging. He never tried to upsell me (which is a big deal to me)... in fact, he explained that I actually needed to downsize for better efficiency. Jeremy and Mike were professional and thorough. Everyone explained every bit of what they were installing and what they were doing. And when my Nest thermostat was giving me issues not long after the install, Chris came by the same day to take a look at the wiring.... He fixed it in minutes! (it was an improper install from the Nest people) I love my new AC unit! It's working GREAT! And it's nice to know I have some knowledgeable and trustworthy people to lean on when I need help!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Pionair. Ruben installed a new AC and ductwork. This was done in a timely manner. He was friendly, very efficient, no mess left anywhere, explained step by step process. Home is nice and cool. Thank you for everything you have done!

Tony is excellent as he changed the resin out within my water softener that Parker & Sons installed in 2012. He was patient when showing me various settings.
I have used Parker & Sons since 2010 and they have the best quality and most knowledgeable technicians compared to a few other companies that I've used prior to P&S.

We had a wonderful first experience with George Brazil. Caleb was warm, an excellent communicator, very thorough, even giving us videos of exactly what he found with our HVAC system. He gave us great explanations of what he was doing. We are very pleased with our service experience.

My short review of Preferred Air is: high quality work. I'm not interested in buying a new AC unit for many years, and with the preventative maintenance of Preferred Air, I am confident I will get many years out of my current AC unit. When the day comes to replace it, I'll happily use Preferred Air.

Great company fixed my AC within a few hours!

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this company. I really hope that this was a one-off based on the other positive reviews. But I hope this review will reach their management team to avoid an experience like mine from occurring again.

Two weeks ago, the hot water in my daughter's shower stopped working. This is when Arizona was having some really intense rain & cold. I set up the appointment very easily and the technician was out at my house within a couple of days.
He quickly diagnosed that it was an issue with shower cartridge and quoted me a price of approx $415. I told him that I wanted to move forward immediately, due to this being my adult daughter's shower. He told me okay and that he'd order the part and be right back out. In fairness to him, I assumed right back meant 1-2 days, I did not clarify.

Two days later I get an email asking if I approve the proposal/ work, which I confirmed. Another 2 days go by, and the same email comes in again asking me to approve the proposal. By this point I'm concerned and I call the company. It was after hours, and a very nice lady told me that she understood the urgency and would have someone call me asap. No calls after 1 day. I then call over the next 2 days, first Angela tells me that she'll see if they have the part and will me back. No call. Next day, I speak to Mary Ann who PROMISES to call me back that day and she apologized for the delay, this was at 11am on Friday (1/6/23). I was at work and realized after 5pm, that she hadn't called and they were closed for the weekend. I spoke to Michelle this morning who said that she'd look into it, but after an hour with no call, I called Christian Brothers who I have my service plan with.

Joe Pompa came out within 2 hours and had my shower fixed within 30 minutes, at a quarter of what they were going to charge me $99. AHW did the original install of my hot water heater which is why they were my first choice, but the past few days have been brutal. My daughter has a night job and coming in from a long night to take a barely warm shower is not something I'd wish on anyone. A service team that takes no pride in keeping their word, or just says whatever they can to get the customer off the phone, is not one that I'd ever call again or be comfortable dealing with in the future.

For a great & reliable company call Christian Brothers-never a problem with them & they're always kind and professional. Sorry for the length of this review-thanks for reading to the end.

I had a very good customer experience with Adam's. I got a good price on a new AC / heating system and profession and friendly service from the installers. And very fast service, which has been a challenge in 2021. I've had to replace older units in other homes through the years so I can compare them and Adam's were very good. I would use them again, but hope I don't need too.

I was very satisfied with the duct and vent cleaning service from Cooling Men, Technicians were very knowlegeable, curtious and
professional.They let me watch and answered my many questions. I highly recomend them. They also did a great job with the clean up and moving heavy furnishings. Super job!!!!
