We had Andrew come over and do maintenance and install ducts and cut some holes for new returns. They were on time, positive attitudes and cleaned everything up completely after. He even touched up a small crack in our drywall as he was leaving. Great service

My experience with Arcadia air has been very unprofessional since the second I spoke to that lady on the phone. She had no information to give me, the workers did not show up on time. Michael and his assistant were completely unknowledgeable and kept saying they didn’t know how to rectify the issue. Michael was also rude to my elderly father. Almost as if he was impatient, while my father was trying to understand what was going on. We definitely consider another air-conditioning company that has been in town a lot longer.

Lee Collins is the best HVAC (Air conditioning) company I know. I have been using them for years!
They replaced my AC unit awhile back and did a wonderful job for me.
From start to finish, this company was professional, took the time to explain things to me and the only way you knew they had been out to my home was there was a new AC unit on my roof,
They cleaned up from the job site and kept me in the loop on everything they did.

I called Lee Collins on Tuesday 7-26 with an issue from the rain storm and they were out that afternoon, took care of the problem and I know I will have nothing to worry about from this service call.

People do not normally take the time to say good things about a company, but I can highly recommend Lee Collins.

We had a major plumbing back up. Toilets and showers. A repair man named Pete fixed it all. I am not a plumbing novice and I could not fix it. I removed toilet the whole nine yards. These guys are great and honest. Call Oarker and dons before George Brazil. I have had both and Brazil is tooooo expensive.

Rose was on time and easy to work with. She went above and beyond in servicing my three units. We have two large hairy dogs that go into the house through a dog door located close to the units and she found that the condensers had lots of hair coating them. She took the grills off and cleaned close to 10 years of hair off. From the outside of the grill they looked clean. I never realized they were that bad! No previous tech took the time to check them out. When it heats up again, I'm sure the units will operate more efficiently. Thank you Rose! I hope she comes back next time.

Ryan was professional and honest. He came when he said he was going to come and had our air conditioner up and running the same day. I've since referred some family members to him and they've also had a wonderful experience. Definitely a great find!

We had a leak on our main water line from a construction crew that messed it up. This company came out and scheduled everything very quickly and professionally. Helped take pictures and offered to write up everything for possible reimbursement from the company at fault. I was very impressed by their kindness and professionalism and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend and will use again ??

Tom at Mountainside Air came recommended to me - Very happy with the detail put into servicing both our AC Units. We are in a new house (under a year old) and I wanted them to come in and assess the work done prior to our 1 Home warranty expiring. They got a lot of dirt out of both units and let me know I don't have Flood switches on the drip pans in the attic/crawl space. Definitely recommend them.

The service tech showed up at the appointment time and went right to work servicing our AC/heater unit. He was professional and went over the results of the inspection with me. The whole service call was completed in one hour. I am very happy with the services provided and highly recommend this company to my friends.

Eric has done all of my air conditioning repairs and new installations on my own home and also 4 rentals for the last ten years or more. He always knows exactly what he is doing and always charges a reasonable price. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the guy. I desperately called Appliance Repair Bros on a Friday night (as all other places were closed) very concerned that my fridge and freezer were well above normal temperature.

Vlad and his assistant came on by promptly that night (!), were very courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.

Our a/c went out Sunday morning,went thru home advisor and worlock sent us an email saying they could come out right away. The owner came out gave us a great price and our new unit was installed Monday by noon!. Talk about fast. We only had to endure one night of heat. Great service wish I could give more than 5 stars!
