Hays was awesome. Matt was not sure what the problem was at first but consulted with his boss and together they got it right. New pool heater had a gas volume issue and now it is all good!

We called this company in hopes they could fix the issue with our pool lights which I stressed over the phone before having them come out to do an estimate. The estimate charge is $69.99 no big deal being that it goes towards the total cost of fixing the issue. Well needless to say, we were quoted close to $2,000 to fix the issue with the pool lighting. Luckily, we had friends over one in which was somewhat handy (but not a professional electrician) and he told us to hold off. He managed to fix the problem with a $50 trip to Home Depot and google search.Nonetheless, very disappointed that we almost paid $2000 to fix it the lighting issue. A complete waste of $69.99.

They replaced with new garbage disposal was very happy.

Ronnie was such a tremendous help during the entire process. Not only did he provide great customer service but he also went above and beyond to help me understand what exactly was going on with our unit, explained the warranty coverage, future maintenance for the unit and the options available to get the unit serviced. He was also able to get a technician to come to our house right away.
Ryan was the technician who came out and he too was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He made a few adjustments to the unit and provided a very thorough explanation of the work he completed as well as next steps.

I am beyond grateful for Ronnie, Ryan and the Hobaica team. It is very rare to find this level of customer service anymore and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

Scott and Andrew did an excellent job on our new HVAC system, cleaned up the work areas, and explained how to use the new wifi thermostat. This is a very professional family business, locally owned, and by the warranty given, will stand by their product and work.
