At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

Love these guys and could not be more happy with my service. Single mom and have 2 ac units. One went out last year and after 2 bids quoting close to $10,000 because my units were to old for replacement parts, Ryan came out and did find a replacement at 1/4 of the cost quoted by others. Definitely honest and upfront about everything. This year my other unit went out on a Saturday, called at 9:00am and Ryan was again over by 1:00pm and ac was back up and running within an hour. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

You should have your guys take a driving test. I was almost hit this morning on the freeway by one of your guys in a van. He then proceeded to flip me off. Very unprofessional. I will not be using this company and will let others know not to use you also.

They are very responsive, professional, very thorough and very polite. We had Brandon install our new water heater and he was excellent! Any future issues I might have, I would definitely call Second Opinion Plumbing!
