Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Anthony's Plumbing was here to fix a leaky, wall mounted toilet. The technician gave us an estimate of $550. He also tried to talk us into installing a new toilet $1100. When we told him his price was too high, he asked us how much we wanted to pay. We told him $300. He said he would ask his boss and came back with $400. We wrote him a check for the service call $49 and told him we would not be using him for the repair. We got another plumber who fixed the toilet for $200. He said the part was $25. (wax gasket)

It sucks having to call a plumber!!! Most of the time you, never know how much it’s gonna cost before they arrive. But with Armando he carefully explained prices over the phone and situation where the prices would change. This is a very rare occurrence in the plumbing industry. It’s a huge value to customers. Armando arrived on time, actually earlier than quoted, but of course they called me ahead of time to make sure it was OK. Quality work that they clearly take pride in. Just look how amazing clean their trucks and their uniforms are! Thanks for your help! I have found a plumber for life.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done, fixed some issues and put the yard back to what it looked like before they started. We are very happy with their service

Had a drain pipe leak under the slab of my house, walked me through the pipes on the camera to show all the problem areas and the difference between the good pipe and the damage. Team members, specifically Bertin, Fernando, and Alex, were incredibly responsive and communicative. Job was done fast, the work was high quality and the project was as stress free as it could have been for the unexpected situation. I would highly recommend to any friends/family members for any plumbing needs.

our kitchen sink was backed up because of the wrong 'stuff' being put down the garbage disposal. this was on a Saturday evening -- of course! we had never used ReddiServices before, but they had someone out within just a few hours! Clint West (our technician) was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough; and he answered all our questions regarding the ReddiServices organization and the services it provides. Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Arthur was up front with costs, options, and listened to my needs -and budget. He was available on Saturday. I insisted on neatness and keeping my carpet and home clean with the install. Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. Rooter Ranger arrived sooner than expected which was more than great. Jesus greeted me and quickly got to assessing the situation. He informed me what the issue was and got to work on fixing it right away. He was curteous, hard working, and got the job done. I was dreading having to call a plumber, and everyone at Bumble Bee is SO NICE!!! The person who answered connected with me by asking me questions. I told her I’d just purchased my home recently and she was excited for me and told me congratulations! Next, a tech was sent to me right away. My tech Drew was also super nice with a very friendly personality. He told me why he likes working at Bumble Bee and made me feel good about my choice to call them. I hope I don’t need them a lot, but I will for sure call them again with no hesitation in the future.

Avoid. Hired them to fix an old galvanized pipe that was leaking water into my backyard. Charged me $330 just to put a cap on it. If that was the end of it, I would've been happy. But, the pipe then sprung a leak again on down, so I called back, said hey I hired you to fix a leak but it's still leaking, and they said it was going to be another $300 at least just to come out and do the repair. I called Sunland Plumbing in Youngtown for a 2nd opinion, their plumber came out, laughed at the work Mr. Rooter had done, and capped it off for $130.00. Mr Rooter takes advantage of the vulnerability of their customers and is NOT looking for repeat business. Go with Sunland.

So impressed with the service. When my hot water heater stopped working, they were able to send someone out to my home within hours. The technician who arrived was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair process to me in a way that I could easily understand. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with some helpful tips for maintaining my hot water heater in the future.

Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, I'm pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didn't work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didn't bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don't answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

All bad things happen on Friday night, especially if it involves plumbing. Previously, I called a different company to provide service for my plumbing concerns. That company did not work out, but I was able to contact Option 1 plumbing on Sunday and they sent Andrew to help me on Monday morning. After I explained that I had previously paid for a video of my pipes. We couldn't really determine what was going on in the first video. Andrew offered to have a look as a courtesy.Andrew showed me where the clog occurred and walked me through the video. He also showed me what needed to be done in order to solve the cracked clay pipe that had actually collapsed. Whoever rehabbed my property put in the clean outs incorrectly and they poured concrete on top of the pipe, which ended up collapsing.After diagnosing the problem, Andrew and his team came on Tuesday morning. They dug a trench and replaced the pipe before lunch. During the process, Andrew continued to send me text message updates while I was in the house. I did step outside just to see what was going on, but he continued to text me throughout the job and kept me inform of the progress.I'm happy to report that we are flushing and flowing!
