Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I came home to a clogged disposal drain that my wife apparently over loaded. The water was backed up and full. We couldn't get it to drain and could not use the sink! I called Anthony's plumbing even though it was after 9 pm at night. They quickly responded sending out a technician. He showed up courteous and worked quickly to tell me that the disposal was shot and over 10 yrs old. He gave me a few options and advice on what to do. We decided to get it replaced after looking at the old unit. He worked quickly to have one picked up and replaced within the hour! Great attitude and customer service from these guys!!! Defiantly keeping them as our preferred service company.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done, fixed some issues and put the yard back to what it looked like before they started. We are very happy with their service

Ernie came out and did an excellent job cleaning my drain. His service was definitely five stars +. He was very fast and efficient! I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs. Since the begining the receptionist was very helpful and set up an appointment right away for us. Ernie came out immediately and took care of my family and I in no time. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family.

I was able to get an appointment with Reddi Services very quickly. Could have even been same-day had I been available. Chris and Jason came out and performed a general system maintenance. They did a thorough review of both units and both blowers, and they did a full cleaning/tightening of everything. We're very happy with the service and both Chris and Jason were great every step of the way. I never felt pressure for upgrades or add-ons. We'll definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

This is a very good plumber. If you are on the North side of Mesa, call these guys. I had Arthur and crew here on a same day service call and did a fantastic job! Great value, and honest as the day is long. I only wish I would have found you guys earlier. Two thumbs up...way up! Thank you so much for the outstanding job you did for us, well appreciated.

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. If you are faced with disintegrating cast iron pipe in your house you owe it to yourself to contact Nu Flow and have them educate you on their product/service so you can determine what is best for you.

I called Rooter Ranger to ask for quote for the leak in my toilet. Other plumbing companies already quoted me over $400 but I was shopping for a cheaper alternative because I just moved to a new house and my bank account was already depleted.Rooter Ranger send Morgan. He checked the pipe and started working on it. I was confused for a while coz I requested for an assessment and not repair.Morgan fixed the leaking pipe and charged me $0 as it was just a simple fix. I could never thank him enough. I wish other companies are as helpful and honest as Rooter Ranger. Great experience from start to finish! Gave up front pricing and did top notch repair work on rerouting my kitchen lines when I had a slab leak. Pricing is expensive but worth the money as they took pride and care in the work as if it was their own house! Mr Rooter did what the other guys couldn't.I bought two new bidet toilets (Korean made) from a home improvement store, who also offered installation. The guy they sent couldn't do it, said the parts were incompatible, etc. and said he would have someone call me later. No call ever came.I found Mr Rooter online and filled out a request for quote. Within the hour, a rep called me and scheduled the installer for a couple of days later.The installer (Will) arrived promptly, had no problem installing the toilets, and was delightful to talk to. He went over the features of the toilet with me and made sure all my questions were answered.Just a great experience from top to bottom (no pun intended).

I’ll never use this company again. I had them replace my garbage disposal. First time they came it wasn’t installed right. Second time they forgot to remove the plug that goes to the dish washer and I ended up lightly flooding my kitchen. 6 months later it stopped working. I called them to check it out possibly replace it and I was told “ it’s not under warranty anymore and I would have to pay for a brand new one”. Save your money and find someone else
