Frisco came out to our house to install a new elbow for our HVAC unit. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional and provided clear and honest information about our system. The whole experience with A.P.E.S was amazing from start to finish and we'll definitely be returning to them for future needs!

Dan V. provided plumbing services for us. He was prompt. He was clear in communicating with us. He came to our house at the appointed time, and did the work within the time allotted. He also told us about a couple of other minor items that he noticed that needed repair, and we also appreciate that. We were very pleased with Dan's service.

I had a leak create a puddle above garage ceiling. Penguin showed up within a couple of hours and quickly found the problem. The backflush hose from my water softener burst during the regen cycle. A second technician showed up. They discussed the problem. They called the office to get an estimate for repair. About 1/2 hour later they gave me a $880.00 estimate. I declined. They were polite and courteous. I did the repair myself. $18.50 for the hose. Twenty mins to run the hose twenty five feet across the attic. My advice - be careful. They apparently charge over $2000 per hour for labor.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. He completed each task in a timely manner. I would recommend Quick Fix 24/7 to anyone looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and efficient.

Review of Connor’s plumbing work and evaluation shows he did an excellent job. He emptied my water heater and checked for any problems. He then went from room to room in which there was an outlet for water. There was a loud thumping noise and he figured it came from my toilet and promptly fixed it. He tested my water from both my sink and my refrigerator which has filters. He explained everything I asked questions about with humor and intelligence. It was a great experience! Susan Rhuart

Purchased an .75 ton 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi straight cool Mini Split 24.5 seer from Lincoln Air. After researching different brands, I decided on the Mitsubishi system. I received estimates from Lincoln Air and two HVAC companies for the same unit. Lincoln Air price was by far the best. The installation of the unit went very smoothly, the installers did a great job of hiding the wiring from the unit to the electrical box. I would highly recommend using Lincoln Air.

I’ve never realized how dishonest a once thought to be reliable company could be! Had a Parker and Sons tech come out to my house to repair our air conditioner. I was outside with my grandchildren when the tech who was on the roof looks over at me and says, “oh no, looks like the evap coils. There are very large leaks throughout.” He then spoke to me and my husband and quoted us $6600 to replace the coils. That didn’t seem right to me. I asked about just replacing the unit. He quoted me no less than $18000! He had me fill out an application for financing since we don’t have that type of money, causing a ding on our credit reports. He then asked us to sign up for their service plan which is $14.00/mo. I will be canceling this Monday. After he left I called another company referred to me by a family member. He came out and had my air fixed in 30 mins by replacing the capacitor for $180. I am so disappointed in Parker and Sons. I will be posting my experience on all social platforms, calling 3 on your side, Joe knows, and letting all my friends know about the dishonesty we experienced.

My water heater took a nose dive Monday night. Upon several phone calls and some pretty ridiculous estimates, American Home Water and Air really saved the day and saved me some money! Between the great customer service, the patience (my lack of water heater knowledge), friendly technician and completely reasonable pricing; I HIGHLY suggest making this company the first place you call as you’ll save yourself time and money. One additional note, when the technician was on their way, I received a text with the capability to track, call and view an image of who I would be expecting. Thank you very much American Home Water and Air! ?

He was patient, taught us about the issue and why we probably want to fix it and most importantly wasn’t pushy.He was friendly and helpful. Hopefully we get Matt D. for every maintenance check.

A/C & Heat System Replacement was done the next week after quote, a team of installers showed up on time and were done early afternoon replacing both attic and ground units. Install team did a great job!
