I know that 5 stars as the highest possible stars, but this company gets a 20 *** from us. We had hired an electrician to install multiple fans for us...and there were too many issues with them. We found One Shot Installation and they truly live up to their name. One Shot and it is done properly and professionally!!

Tom F. came out to do a check up on our a/c system and I was totally pleased with the experience. He was quick, professional and personable. He also gave me some tips to save money on my filters and other cooling expenses. Good stuff!

Discovered a leak from my toilet. Requested an appointment online around 10:30pm on Monday. First available appointment showed Wednesday but I received a phone call early Tuesday morning stating someone could be out that day. James showed up in the early afternoon. Took out the old one and out in the new one. Thanks, James!

I’m not one to write reviews good or bad. But I want to give Parker and Son a shot out for getting our water heater replaced the same day! I called at around 3pm and within the hour Erik was at my door. He said the water heater had to be replaced but it wouldn’t be until the next day being 4:30 and the supply store was closed. He came back in a few minutes later and said they found a store that closed late so he went to pick up the heater and would be able to install it the same night. I’m really grateful for Erik and Parker and Son to go above and beyond. Of course it happened during a very cold night so having hot water again so soon was nice! And customer service was great too. Great experience all around. I’m very grateful and appreciative to Parker and Son. Thank you.

Steve was professional, friendly and very thorough. Appreciate him wearing a mask as well as offering to put on shoe coverings. The cabinet handles, sliding pantry shelf installation, garage cabinet removal and repair of exterior coach light were all performed extremely well. Our plan is, at a later date, to have your guys return to re-hang the garage cabinet that was removed and paint the interior garage walls. Our relationship with you over the past almost 10 years has truly made our lives easier. It's great to know we can call on you and get a fair price and professional craftsmen to do the work. Jessie the owner is a total shady character! Worst experience I've ever had with a plumber bar none! Run away!! He told me he doesn't work for 'Liberals' and left the job site without completing the work.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

ATR fixed a few things that I’ve been worried about for months, in an hour! I love that they’re so responsive and reliable. They were here exactly when they said they would be and were super clean and quick. I definitely won’t hesitate to use them again.

I was driving south on Alma School Rd just past Guadalupe Rd heading towards Elliot Rd at 3:14pm on 12-18-22 when I saw your company vehicle, license plate CM34525, in the lane next to me and I witnessed the gentleman throw out the passenger window, what I'm guessing was empty, but a pack of cigarettes, it was white and driving 45 I couldn't see a brand.

I did not go in. My son and his 2 friends did. Am told they had a good time. I found it to be too expensive. One of the 3 I drove to the Game On event on Aug 11 had lost his 3 day pass and was made to pay another $49 for a Sunday. I believe his money should be returned as he can prove through his bank and friends that he paid for 3 days in advance of the event.
