Anthony did a great job installing our new kitchen faucet and replacing the shutoff valves under the sink. He made a good recommendation on the kind of faucet we should consider and we followed his suggestion. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He left our kitchen clean and tidy. I would welcome Anthony back for plumbing work in the future should we need it.

I had HVAC system installed in May. Install went better than I expected. The install consisted of two full units in a two story house. The install crew completed the installation in one day with no additional issues. They left the completed project neat and clean with no mess left behind.On August 11th my downstairs unit started working intermittently. Technician came out on the 26th and diagnosed a clogged drain line. He blew out the line and the system is running excellent again. All of my contacts from the front office, sales, install and services teams have all been professional. I highly recommend Hays Cooling Heating and Plumbing.

I made a home warranty claim and was assigned Penguin Air as my contractor. Every person I spoke to in the office (Darcy for the initial call and Kat for scheduling) were extremely friendly and professional. Once my appointment was made, I received emails and texts to advise me of my appointment window. On the day of my appointment I received an email/text stating who the service pro was coming to my house along with a photo of the service pro. I was most pleased with this. I was home for this appointment, but if my wife was home she said she'd feel better knowing who was coming to her house before they arrived.Randy Ostrov was my assigned service pro. Instantly his friendliness and professionalism was apparent. I have dealt with my fair share of AC repairmen over the years and their ego and bravado get in the way of trying explain things to a customer. Randy sold my overall opinion of Penguin Air. He was engaging, well spoken, and very easy to deal with. I was comfortable with the service I received on my units and would highly recommend Penguin Air for anyone's Air needs.Thanks Randy!

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

Dan was amazing my ac went out needed a new one had to talk it over with my husband he came back the same day to get my order in and install less then 48hrs after it went out the office had a portable unit brought out to me. We were blessed to have Trevor. He was really great with explaining everything with my sometimes hard to deal with engineer husband. He was able to explain all that he did and even give us some advice about replacing a piece on the unit in the attic to flow better. good prices, great service and was genuinely happy to help with all we needed. we will have him again if we ever need updates, checks or service.
