Best Plumbing Repair And Install in Phoenix AZ

A customer who wasn't happy with our services posted a 1 star review....it states that he posted it less than a week ago, when in fact it was posted approx. a year ago. If this is a new review, I would ask Google to look into their policy of slander/liable, as we have taken MANY MANY MANY steps to make that customer happy. It is not legal to go onto the internet and trash a company, without giving them any kind of recourse online to refute it, or to reply in any way.

Max Miller was a total professional and gentlemen. He was patient and explained every detail to the letter. He answered questions and made me and my wife feel confident in the company he represents. We purchased a home in 2/19 that Gomez Roofing had reroofed 5 months prior. It rained on moving day and we had buckets in 8 places all over the house. Our freshly painted walls were ruined and had to remove entire sections of walls.
Gomez Roofing made several appointments and never showed up. Ultimately he and blamed it all on the exterior Stucco which was ridiculous. He did not stand behind the warranty.
We got 5 bids and independent inspections all of which agreed the roof was not done right and the entire roof had to come off & new one installed!
$20k later we have a new roof at our expense!
Beware of this company......the warranty is useless and they are very unreliable!
