Penguin Air matched a competitor's quote and then beat it by adding in Duct Cleaning. Zeb was really helpful and honest during the estimate and application appointments. Ryan was very polite during the duct cleaning; so was his partner but don't remember his name. Alano and his crew who installed the units worked well together and quickly. All around great service!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Simply the Best! I had two new Trane A/C units installed by Kevin, Mike, and Johnny on New Years Eve. It was a freezing cold rainy day so I felt terrible that they were stuck outside ALL day on a holiday, but they were SO positive and professional the entire time despite the weather challenges. They did an amazing job and they were extremely thorough, making sure every detail was perfect. They were very polite, respectful and mindful of my home, always making sure to put on booties when coming in the house and asked permission to access to the thermostats, restroom, etc. They kept me informed each step so I understood the process. They actually made it a fun experience! It’s been almost a year since I had the units and they work AMAZING! Super quiet, plus the variable speed model I purchased keeps the temperature steady all summer and winter which is a very welcome change from my old units constantly turning on and off and fluctuating temps drastically. Kevin has since been back for the free annual maintenance Day & Night offers, and once again it was a great customer service experience. I feel like these guys are family!!! Highly recommend to anyone considering such a large purchase. This company is top notch! They are professionals and experts in their field, and they value their customers. Very happy with my purchase??

Had issues with sediment in pipes after 4 years of sitting dormant. Cody showed up on time with a smile, very professional. Came back twice the next day (no extra $) to flush and reflushthe system. Very happy with his work.

Parker and Sons are the best. I called their company at 9pm on a Thursday night. The person who picked up the phone was nice and friendly. They showed empathy for my situation. I lost electricity in certain parts of my house. I explained, I needed electricity to work from home. Parker and Sons sent and electrician out by the name of Alex Ortiz first thing the next morning. He was kind and very efficient. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. He did testing to make sure everything was running properly. I can't say or express how happy I am with Parker and Sons. I will definitely use them again.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

American Home Water and Air exceeded our expectations!!! No pressure sales pitches and Tom was so quick to respond! We had to have some pipes and electrical wires rerouted plus we needed our water heater moved at the same time they installed our new water softener!! The price was absolutely great for the whole job!!! Very fair and WOW did they do a great job. Fidel and Javier came to do the installation! They showed up on time, they were friendly, professional and competent!!!!! They left our garage cleaner than it was when they arrived!!!! We love our new water softener!! It comes with a 10 year warranty and our water is now a pleasure to shower in!!!! I honestly will never use anyone but these guys for plumbing or AC needs!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! They are one of the few really honest companies that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! I wish I could them 10 stars!!!

Water softener - Highly recommend ProSkill and their technician Kane for water softener issues (and replacement). The process for evaluating our current, old water softener, recommendation and installation of a new unit was outstanding. Kane explained clearly what was going on, options to move forward and was able to install a new unit within a couple of days. ProSkill continues to impress me with their professionalism, capabilities and attention to customer service. Highly recommend given my direct experience with their work on AC, plumbing and water softeners !
