Best Plumbing Installation in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Christopher was great. His work was excellent. I was totally shocked by the price. I had used your company and got excellent service and reasonable pricing. This time WOW, well over what I expected. When your standing looking in a hole with a broken line your stuck with what ever price they say. You have to have water. I was startled how outrageous the cost was. Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

Albert shower up in time asked me great questions about my household, completed the task and was out of here in 39 minutes. AND THIS COMPANY ANSWERED THE PHONE AT 7 am With a REAL PERSON and they answered again at 4 pm. THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(

My home warranty contracted this company for plumbing services I needed. I'm grateful for the courteous and professional service that I received, not once but twice. I have been using Reddi Services for decades now, so my positive experience came as no surprise. Gerald arrived to tackle a leak in an irrigation pipe, but even after the city had come to shut off the water, the water was still running slightly. More city people showed up to assess this problem and decided they would replace the valve. With the water now completely shut off, Gerald was able to complete his job. He left to help others. The city crew showed up around 4 p.m. to start working on the valve. About 4:30, Gerald called me from his job in Scottsdale to assure me that he would return the next day to finish putting the yard back as it was before. He also inquired about the city crew and asked after their progress -- it was way early in their attack on the valve; they didn't finish until 8 p.m. Gerald did indeed show up the next day and returned the desert landscaping to what it was like before, except without excess water bubbling up. After I mentioned a loss in water pressure, he volunteered to come in to the kitchen and take a look. He did and fixed the problem immediately. I give Gerald highest points on all aspects of his job -- he showed up when he said he would, completed the job beautifully, and I couldn't be happier. As I said, Reddi Services and personnel have never let me down.

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. We had to have roots cut out of our septic of a home we are selling. They left the roots in the yard, didn't clean anything up, drove over our driveway and big rocks and tore it up, broke our irrigation and left it to run through the neighborhood and left our trees and shrubs with no water. They knew we were trying to sell it, and were so careless. Thier price was way too high as well.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
