Last year we called to have an hvac unit installed, the gentleman that came out to discuss what we needed was very professional and knowledgeable about all Hobaica systems and even maintenance programs, he actually talked us into an installation as well as an annual maintenance program. The men that came out to install it were efficient and very professional as well. I don’t recall all their names but they did a great job! I recently called back to discuss renewing our annual plan and spoke with Jasmine. What a wonderful asset you have with her. Not only was Jasmine able to help with that but was able to schedule a maintenance visit for the unit that was installed and discussed the importance of having our water heater flushed, which she scheduled for us as well. I asked if she could email the information and dates of the appointments as i didn’t have pen and paper handy. She followed up with a very detailed email with all the information and dates that we had discussed. Kudos to her for remembering every detail. Definitely have had positive experiences with every employee that we have worked with it spoken to. Highly recommend this company!

Great professional company. I was having issues with my ac and they were able to come out right away and fix the problem. They even checked in the following week to make sure everything was working properly. They were professional and I appreciated how clean they were entering my home. I called Goetti to unclog a kitchen sink. The gentleman arrive quickly and worked to unclear it. After many attempts he advised me that the clog was really far down and he can't clear it. He recommended a different service and said they could come back tomorrow. As he was leaving he checked the clog one last time and was able to clear it! Thanks for not giving up once I agreed to the more expensive services. You have earned a customer for life by taking the extra time! Thanks

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

Steven from Day & Night was terrific! The whole company is professional and has great communication. We have used them for years. Stephanie in the office helped me set up a time window that was convenient for me. They texted the night before to remind me and confirm my appointment for the next day. On the day of my appointment, Steven, my technician, called an hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived at my home, he was professionally dressed in a clearly marked Day & Night uniform (I’d also been texted his picture before he arrived). He kept me apprised of every step of the repair and got my approval for additional repairs. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend Day & Night!

Carlos Padilla is very Professional and helpful. He explained everything that was wrong and fixed it and recommended future items to save for that would need to be fixed later on so I know what I’m dealing with. He is very thorough. I wish everyone was like him. I will recommended this company to others for the excellent service. He went above and beyond and even called me back on his day off which no one ever does . I greatly appreciated that since I was overwhelmed by this hot heat in AZ.

Patrick Riley replaced out A/C unit almost 3 years ago. I recently had them out to do a check up. Technician Matt D. was here to perform the work. I had an issue not related directly to the A/C unit but in the duct work. He took care of the issue in a very efficient manner. He made a recommendation to me for the best solution at the best pricing available to me. I found him very polite to deal with and he also had a neat clean appearance. I would highly recommend him and Patrick Riley for your A/C needs.

My air conditioner went out in the morning of Wed, 10/5 and they had Tucker out by 1:15. He found I had several problems with the air conditioner and work very hard for at least 2 hours. He explained everything he found and how much it was going to cost and if it was ok.Thank you.Patricia Heaston......

Nice, neat and professional

we chose this company to replace our old ac...on the advise of a neighbor who worked for the company.....BIG MISTAKE....we were looking for a new quality unit...instead...without our knowledge...they sold us a discontinued carrier unit....they installed it.....damaged the ceiling opening (which i had to repair).....one month later...middle of summer...the new unit blows up...there were no replacement units...anywhere in the us.....so they had to install a rescue motor......bottom line....HUGE HASSLE....they offered a free 10 year service contract as compensation...HERE is the kicker...called their service dept....guess what? they don't have a service dept anymore....i know this because another neighbor who had marlin install their ac and who was having problems..called and was informed they no longer had a service dept....so i guess our service contract is worthless.....Also...apparently marlin installed a bunch of units in our sub division because i have talked to several neighbors who have had major issues with improper and substandard ac installation......in summary....DO NOT choose this company...you will be sorry...
