This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Scott Dale was a great technician that did a thorough inspection of our heating/cooling, plumbing and electrical systems. I feel confident that we have a good understanding of what is needed to maintain good systems in our house now.

I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.

We had Goettl install an air conditioner yesterday, 10/8/22. They did a meticulous job. Our technicians were Victor and Robert, two very talented technicians, I appreciate the attention to detail. Last night was one of the best nights sleep I have had in a while, the house was nice and chilly. I love my new Goettl air conditioner.

Terry came out to check my heating and A/C. He was very thorough, took lots of pictures and explained everything to me in detail. Thanks, Terry!

What can I say? I adore this company. I'm a hard customer to impress but each and every time this company exceeds every expectation. Full disclosure---I love aliens so I am partial to any company that has alien in its name, but they are the real deal (as are aliens by the way.) This company is amazing.

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

I had to edit my review. The one good thing I can say is they got the work done quickly. They replaced a 200 amp main breaker. They charged $2500 to do the work. I asked for an itemized invoice, they never responded. The most expensive 200 amp main breaker I could find on the net was $500. so I guess I paid a little under $2000. for labor for a few hours work. The person that came to my house was very unprofessional, because I had to move some money from one account to another, and it took me ten minutes or so. Meanwhile he tells the person living in the house, my tenant that if I can't pay, he's going to have to take the part out. I waited for him to call back for 5 minutes like I told him to. When he didn't, I called the office and paid them. He called back a few minutes later, when I said I had paid the office. He acted like he didn't believe me and said if I hadn't he was going to have to take the part out. The main slogan in one of there and campaigns is they don't hire any Melvin's. This person was very much a Melvin to me. Don't hire them, you'll get Melvinized.

Freddy I am sorry to say did NOT do a good job!He did an OUTSTANDING job. Was professional, explained everything, gave me options for the future, was clean in his work. This was the experience I was expecting yesterday. Glad I gave Patrick Riley a chance to show what they are made of. Will us PR and Freddy again.

Kane did a great install of our new r/o system! Plus a couple other fixes that needed to be done. I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.
