Best New System Installation in Phoenix AZ

Had APES come to the house today for multiple plumbing issues-
Carter Wilkinson was very knowledgeable & polite.
He explained everything he was doing & did so in a professional manner.
APES was on time & for all we had done, actually very reasonably priced!
I highly recommend them & will use them again!

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted a maintence tuneup. I called on a Friday she said she could have someone there ON MONDAY !! WOW ! I had called another company prior to my call to 1st choice and they were going to send someone out in JULY !! Toby had Jimmy come out and he to is very impressive . A nice young man who got there ON TIME and when he was done he said we needed nothing more, NOTHING MORE ! What ? Toby and Jimmy are VERY impressive, NICE people . WOW ! Mark, Amy and their professional team are true gem in the crowded field of HVAC companies to choose from here in the valley. I wish I could give them 10 stars! My short view is this: do yourself a favor hire A&M IMO they simply are the best in the valley.

A&M just finished installing a new HVAC system in early January and my wife and I could not be happier with the work and American Standard products they sell. You may pay a little more for this team of professionals, but I promise you it will be money well spent!

I did a lot of research on cost (let's face it this is a major investment) and how to get the best value for our replacement HVAC system. Everything I read said that the brand you select and who installs your system is what brings the greatest value to your new HVAC. My wife and I chose A&M because we felt they had a quality brand (American Standard) and we thought they would do the best installation.

The painstaking care that A&M spent making sure that everything was perfect cannot be understated. They started the process by taking load measurements and making sure our units matched our needs. They then discussed hot spots and the current challenges we have keeping our home comfortable, and from there they built a custom plan to meet our needs. They recommended several changes to the way the builder had set up our original HVAC system.

The install team came out and spent an entire week (5-6 days w/at least 3 workers on site) installing our new A/C units and correcting the builder duct work. Aside from finding tears in our builder duct work, they worked to make the flow of air more efficient by making major changes to the original builder duct work layout, and where needed reinstalling new duct work. No detail in the install was too small to give attention to or overlooked.

If you've read this review to the end you can see that A&M has a true fan. They made me a fan of their company through their outstanding customer service, their honest hard work, painstaking attention to detail and the value they give you for work done in their pricing. When you are looking at prices on a paper it's hard to decided who to select because it seems like an HVAC company is an HVAC company and the work they do is all the same. It is clear to me now, after watching my neighbors do HVAC installs (which tops took 2 days to install), that HVAC companies are not all the same.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

Day and Night came out to investigate a water leak in my bathroom. The technician was Matthew and he discovered a pin hole leak in a 90 degree connection. This led to water damage to my drywall. He contacted a restoration company who is handling the repairs. He was able to turn the water off and he repaired the leak. He was very professional and explained everything he did so I would understand what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company, they are excellent.

New house so wanted to get things checked out before the winter time when we eventually start using the heater. Tech was on-time...super polite...and completed everything quickly while my family went about their business. He explained a couple things to me and luckily all looked good! Great, honest company who you can trust!

AWESOME company, owners and employees! My family and I were in desperate need of a brand new a/c unit. We learned that we needed a new unit only a few weeks before the weather was going to get really hot.... I received quotes from big name companies and then I called Just Air LLC. The beginning to end experience was phenomenal. Danelle was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive with setting up the appointment and answering questions. Even after the new unit was installed, she reached out to me to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly! Super responsive both before and after AC installation. Surprisingly quick turnaround on a new AC despite most suppliers having shifted to producing ventilators. Thorough, friendly, and happy to answer questions. Very satisfied customer.
