Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Cesar the technician was great! Very professional and informative . Took his time and made sure everything was working fine. I definitely recommend this company - we called them , they answered quickly and someone was out within an hour. Price was affordable and right .

*Update* April 2021, HVAC unit blew two breakers.
It appeared to be the 'hard start' failing. Mike came prepared with the right parts to get the job done and get the unit back up and running. This is our 11th year with Gabe and we're always happy.

I just had Brett come out for water heater maintenance and to diagnose a water softener issue. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and provided exceptional service. Goettl isn't the cheapest company around but you do get to work with incredible people.

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! They are wonderful, from the office staff to the technicians. Thank you!

Day and Night has been servicing our AC for over 15 years. They put in our AC in 2008, because of their maintenance and due diligence our unit lasted 14 years. They are always professional, courteous and are able to delicately handle difficult situations. My parents were loyal customers and I will remain a customer as long as I can. I had my AC communication control boards replaced by a small company about 3 weeks ago. Recently I noticed the 2 boards flashing red light which concerned me greatly... I contacted the technician but was told it was a non-issue. I thought if the system worked properly, it should flash green light instead.... So I called Trane's customer service to find out if the board had green light capability, the rep was not sure and told me to contact Benefit Air Conditioning for a 2nd opinion, so I did. Anthony, the customer service manager, answered the phone right away. After asking me a few questions of the unit, he assured me that the unit was working fine. I am writing this review because I really appreciate the fact that, after knowing the phone call was for 2nd opinion, Anthony did not try to set me up for a service call, instead, he patiently explained how to detect problems if there were any. His professional knowledge has greatly put my concerns at ease. Thank you, Anthony, for being so gracious. Benefit Air Conditioning has earned my respect and will be my go-to AC company in the future.
