He made it out first thing this morning and he had our air blowing cold in 10 minutes. Thank you soo much! Our son’s smile was the best thing to see. So thankful and relieved!! I had a great experience with SG Mechanical.  For starters, the service technician, Patrick, that came out to inspect my unit was very friendly and explained everything in detail and in a way I was able to understand. Great customer service!!

Unfortunately, I needed a new AC unit.

Figuring it all out now.... Andy and Leah answered every question I had about AC sizes, pricing, financing in detailed and in a timely manner.  They made it seamless! Thank God!!!   That's a headache I didn't have to worry about!

Then came installation day!! Mark and Zach did an exceptional job while installing my new AC unit.  They were clean, professional, courteous and informative on every aspect of the job.  They even helped tweak one of my vents to get more airflow in a rear room!

Over all, my experience was beyond what I would have expected!  All individuals I encountered and worked with were exceptional and kind.  Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!!  God bless you all!

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jimmy is the best!! My daughter and I were without air conditioning, the house was 87 degrees and we were extremely uncomfortable we had a company come out at about 4pm and tell us the coils needed cleaned. I talked to Jimmy while the other technician was there and he came out that same night after hours and beat the other technicians price by almost half.
He also placed coolant into my unit to get me by until I can replace the unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company, they will take great care of you.

Air Control showed up when they said for estimate and service call, rare these days. Fast and professional. Tackled a remodeled kitchen and moving/adding vents to area. Would use again in a second.

Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.

Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.

He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor that's the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, he'd only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :D

The whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!

The installers Eddie and Don were amazing. Very professional, very friendly, kept making sure we had no questions about anything after the installation. I did feel bad for a minute because it started hailing while they were on the roof. However, they covered the unit made sure no rain/hail touched the opening before jumping down and getting inside to warm up. It was freaking cold outside but they kept going and made sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend this company and those two installers.

We bought a new ac unit from abc, and couldn't be happier. We shopped around and they by far had the best price. We keep or house at 60° all night even in the summer and our electric bill still dropped by about 75% (which was enough to cover the payment for most of the year). Best decision ever to go with abc.

I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!
