James is seriously one of the best at what he does very fair and honest. Very hard to find these days and doesn't try to sell things that aren't needed. I know very little about home Ac units and everything was explained to where I could understand what was going on. Customer service was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the thermostat to make sure it was set up properly for my time of use plan. I really appreciate the time he took and his courteous manner. Followed all Covid-19 procedures for our safety and their employees pre visit & during. Masked everything and cleaned up. I’d recommend! Air conditioning and refrigeration LLC  added a lifetime warranty. Satisfied!  I had problem with my heat system. Technician Brock Delaney  was was so professional and kind! He was very polite and early to the appointment.He is very helpful explained everything perfectly  he was going to do and made it comfortable  for us. He is very knowledgeable about what needed done. stayed until the job was done and explained everything he did and how it works! This guy I would recommend to all my family and friends! Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!
