Best Insulation Services in Phoenix AZ

Over the past 4 years our businesses have paid over 25,000 - 30,000 in services and repairs to Penguin Air and up until this point I have always recommended them and rated them highly on here. We agreed to do their preventative maintenance that they kept pushing on us at each visit. What they didn't say is that you are required to schedule the appointment in order for the work to get done. And regardless if they do it, they will still charge you! I noticed our credit card was charged the other day yet there is no record of any work being done. It is basically just a way for them to get money from you and retain business. I do not recommend this mainteance option and I would suggest only calling them when something is wrong or actually needs to be done. They will charge your card without doing the work if you are on this plan and they will blame it on you if it doesn't happen by saying you have to schedule it. Well if I haven't scheduled it why are you charging me? So I called to scheduled it and the guy told me he could get someone out to get our ACs ready for the summer. I said Ok when can you get someone out. His responses August 31-September 1st. I remind you this is to get the unit ready for summer. What a joke! Also other appointments take priority over the preventative maintenance too. So long story short, stay away from agreeing to do this because it won't happen if you don't schedule it but they will still charge you for it! Only call when you have an emergency because maybe then you will be a priority regardless of how much money you spend!

I can't say enough good things about Scottsdale Air. I was having major issues with my Trane unit. Two other companies had come out and said they couldn't work on it because it was a Trane. Scottsdale Air is Trane Comfort Specialist. They sent someone out with 2 hours. This was later on a Friday. They diagnosed the problem and said they would be back first thing on Monday to repair it. They called before they even opened on Monday with a quote and sent a tech out that day. Dave (the tech) is an awesome guy! He definitely knows his stuff. He double checked eveything before starting the repairs and discovered that the problem was another part that was actually less expensive than what I thought had to be repaired. The Trane unit is working great now. Thanks to Dave and everybody at Scottsdale Air!

Called about moving an air duct, they didn't provide that service. They were pleasant on the phone.

I called Ace with my Mini Split not working, Ace was great they called me ahead of time when technicians would arrive, Javier & Juan arrived ready and were down to business right away.They were able to give me a accurate diagnosis on my A/C unit. Howard Air did a great job installing our new air conditioning and heating system. From the beginning when Scott came out and gave us our bid, carefully explaining what we would need and why, to our installation by Paul and his team. They were very professional, pleasant and took the time to answer all our questions. We highly recommend them.

Arcadia Air is THE BEST in Maricopa! They replaced my 20 year old HVAC in a house built in 1956 and it was the best money I ever spent. I called then because I had a moldy smell when the A/C was working hard and the old unit ran constantly. They recommended a Goodman air handler so no need for an overpriced Trane, and removed the antiquated swamp system and 1970's tube duct work that provided no insulation. The job was completed in 1 day and I already feel an even airflow throughout the house. The system doesn't constantly run anymore when it comes on and maintains a whole house consistent temperature. The workmen were neat and prompt. They always answer the phone (no need to leave a message) and are masters at their trade. They will give you the best price and service with no need to shop around. Need I say more...call them.

I chose this HVAC contractor because they have the brand I was looking for. During the initial quote session for the estimate, Daniel showed me the numbers and I immediately knew this company would be the one to install my new split-system heat pump. Even though I already had a quote from another contractor that featured the same brand, I am very satisfied that I chose Preferred Air. Not only was their estimate lower, but the level of service, quality of install, and attention to detail was outstanding. When my other heat pump deteriorates in a few years, I won't need to get nine quotes from nine different companies. I will simply call Preferred Air and setup an appointment for a new install.

Adam and FN air conditioning are the FN best. When it comes to finding a trusted source for your home maintenance, finding someone you can trust can be hard. Adam is by far the most honesty and trustworthy HVAC pro I've ever done business with. He shoots straight and works hard and is competitively priced. He has 5 stars on google for a reason - go with him if you're considering getting any work done on your HVAC system.

Howard Air installed a mini split unit in my home a year ago. We’ve had a few problems with the unit ( one requiring a new heat exchanger that took two weeks to get) and now I have a flashing LED on the indoor unit. When the LED flashes, the unit will not run. I called Howard Air to inform them of the problem. And even though I have a 10 year warranty, they told me I had to pay $98.00 for a diagnostic test. I was surprised by this but I paid it. When the tech arrived he thought there was a transformer issue, but he called someone and they told him to pull the main power breaker, wait a few minutes and plug it back in. The reset seemed to work until the next day when I got home to a warm bedroom and a flashing green LED. That prompted me to call Howard Air again. They were curious and all and I was given a Thursday morning between 7 and 12:00. I also received TWO confirmation emails. I stayed home all morning waiting for someone to arrive, and at 3:00 PM I called and was told the appointment was in the afternoon!!! I then read word for word the email I was sent, and was told there was a mixup. Now I have to wait until Monday. Heck of a way to run a business

Two gentlemen installed a mini-split in my bedroom. The estimator and both installers were all on-time and very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and took care to make sure our dog didn't escape out the back gate when they were going in and out of the back yard.Would definitely recommend this company 100 times over!

I chose this company based on reviews I can say they have earned every star and a customer for life. I had a new Ameristar package unit (basically a Trane unit) installed a month ago Phil was great he is sure knows his stuff I had a lot of questions one question at the start of the day was how long has he been doing air conditioning he said he has been in the business for over 20 years. After the installation and still a month later he did an amazing job the 20 years of experience really shows. It looks way better than my old unit ever looked and all my rooms are now the same temperature NO MORE HOT SPOTS I truly believe this company is the one for everyone in Arizona as it was for me. Horrible!
Not only did he lie to us about our air conditioner , he sold us a maintenance policy for several hundred dollars. Then came back when his repair failed, and told us our unit was not able to be repaired.
One week later, we had some one else come out who fixed our unit for $80.00!!! I called him and told him about the repair, he said nothing.
One year later, he call us back like nothing happened.
This company lies and scams, do not use!
The owner himself came out , also lied about how many employees he had, and about his company in general

Tommy came and got everything squared away, was knowledgeable and fixed the issue with my solar system.
