We had Urban Desert Pest Control help us out with termites in our garage. They came out, inspected our home, pointed out what to look for, educated us on what needed to be done. We then scheduled the treatment for our home and it was all completed by Tino and Matt. They did an amazing job, even cleaned up the termite trails and provided great advice for next steps in keeping our home protected! KUDOS to the team for great customer service! Highly recommend Urban Desert to our neighbors and friends.

Emailed in for an inspection, but never confirmed the date/time due to my 3 kids being sick. Someone still showed up saying it was confirmed. Even though I never responded to the email confirming. I set up another date/time for an 1pm & after time frame. Spent all morning cleaning up after the kids so he could walk around without a mess or toys everywhere. 1:10 rolls around and I get a text from my servicer that he was sick and called out that morning. You know you have appts as your job, but didn't feel the need to tell me until after our time frame? Fine. I understand to an extent. Then he told me he would get back to me to reschedule when he got back to work the next week. Great, I wished a speedy recovery. Never heard from him or the company again. Lost out on a customer, but they obviously didnt care.

Very professional. Had a termite tube show up 11 months after treatment. Bill came out and immediately took care of it. He was very friendly and efficient.

These guys are great! They came out today to do their regular check up and really were fantastic. I have redone my front and back yards and several of the traps had been removed at that time. Today they replace some and repositioned so that all is good. After they were don they checked in with me and said no charge for replacing those. Fantastic!!

Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.

Orkin is the best! Best Quality and the best price! They are helpful and knowledgeable about all bugs and how to treat for them. Every inch of the outside of the house is taking care of and I love them.

Aldo was very responsive and called me literally moments after I clicked for more information. When he set an appointment he showed up on time and respectful of the property. I appreciate that he was constantly giving us information about what he did and did not find and provided solutions for the issue he did find. I would definitely use Arizona's Exterminator Co. again. About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
