We’ve had problems with ants, roaches and even rats, but that’s all in the past since Urban Desert. Hassle-free, conscientious, thorough and reasonably-priced, they are a pleasure to work with. “Tony” who took care of us this month arrived on time, was super friendly, asked questions about potential new pests, explained what he was going to do and got to work. Couldn’t be happier with the service we get from Urban Desert.

Miguel from Action Termite and Pest Control was fantastic to work with. He was on time, provided an ETA and met the timeframe. Very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate him taking the time to review the process and explained the warranty. From the first call with scheduling to the actual termite treatment process this organization has been exceptional to do business with, friendly service and a fair price.

This place needs works

There is nothing to like about this joke of a company. THE WORST company in business today. The owners do not care about the employees worth a crap. Not to mention they are thiefs and owe multiple people money who NO LONGER WORK FOR THEM. Its no wonder the turn over rate is so damn high! If you are a current customer or thinking of becoming one, i would advise to not support such a bogus ass place to do your pest services. And if youre thinking of working for these clowns, run the other way as fast as you can.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
