We are extremely happy with Penguin Air & Plumbing. They were friendly and prompt in getting our needs met. On a day when it was 117 degrees outside, our air conditioning had stopped. We needed someone fast. They were able to send someone out practically right away. Our serviceman, Randy, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with our AC system. He fixed the immediate issue at hand quickly and efficiently.
