We’ve used Penguin Air for a year now. First time was about a year ago when our AC quit. Called several AC repair companies across the area, Penguin was the first to get back to us. Just had them out again today. We had the service tech Nathan both times. He was great. He let us know what we needed at the moment and what we could wait on. He didn’t try to push anything. We will be requesting him next time we need any AC maintenance.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Been a customer for 8 years. Paid the stupid monthly that covered 2 visits per year. On the last visit, the tech told me the AC was the best it had ever looked. 2 weeks later, my AC broke and my paltry silver status was not enough to get a tech out immediately. I found another business that could come out right away. He found 2 different leaks that had to have been there 2 weeks prior based in markings on the coil. Hobaica really missed the boat on this one, and a loyal customer.

Jesus was amazing and knew exactly what to do with my AC that was not working properly. He was super attentive and helpful, overall, great customer service!

The receptionist who answered the call was incredibly kind and friendly. When the Technician showed up he was very nice and professional. After the technician did his work/inspection he diagnosed the work my home needed. I received the same recommendations from four companies in Arizona. The technician recommended I meet with Shaun Lewis the comfort Advisor who was another great Person ! Who checked everything. He listened to me and my concerns and everything was very smooth.The technician who did the work were courteous, polite and explained their process every step of the way. They wanted to ensure I was happy. Every person I interacted with at Day & Night was happy and very helpful! They always kept me posted on schedules for other work like ducts and insulation. If there was ever something I didn’t agree with I talked to Mr Willie Rodriguez and he assured me that he would correct.Thank you so much to Mr Ronnie Brion who did the final check once the work was completed. Robert came out to the house to fix a dripping faucet I had failed to master. He analyzed the problem, repaired the faucet quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Not a drop leaked since then - the faucet is as dry as a bone!

We had contracted this company for a Samsung mini split for our bedroom From the estimate, done by Vernon , to the install done by Nick and a crew of about 5 others, everything went smoothly. There were a couple little hiccups, but they were worked out. They were all polite, respectful, covered everything in the room prior to starting work, put drop cloths on floors. I have a cat, and they made sure not to leave the doors open and they were in and out a lot. They all worked together well. Explained the operation on the unit when done their work. All areas were cleaned up nicely before they left. Customer service has also been very nice. We were very pleased with this entire experience.
