The company responded to our inquiry incredibly fast and would have been here within hours if we have given our right number. so it was our issue but they came the very next morning and came prepared! They assessed the situation explained everything to ease our minds and fixed the problem well within an hour. They were very neat and even though we said we would clean up they did it themselves. Very fast, very friendly, and super affordable !!! CALL THEM NOW IF YOU NEED ANYTHING!!!

Denny from Hays Plumbing gave me a first class experience with recent plumbing job. I required a hot water tank to be replaced. Denny was professional, on time and thorough with his work. He found a bad valve when installing the new tank and was able to quickly take care of the valve problem as well. Would highly recommend Hays and Denny!

I was honestly frustrated with other A/C servicing companies canceling on us and making us track down yet another company to service our A/C unit. But today I realized it was a blessing in disguise because we found Penguin Air & Plumbing. Jimmy the repair technician came to our home one time when we said he would, told me how he could meet our needs, and then fixed our problem quickly. He was knowledgeable and very personable. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

I just clicked the first thing I saw when I googled “AC repair” and I’m so glad I chose ACE. Sierras helped me over the phone with scheduling and Dan was our techno and both were a big help immediately. We have had issues with our AC for over a year and our home warranty was only pushing off the inevitable. My service man was absolutely wonderful. Everything was done in a timely fashion. He was conscientious and explained the repairs. Plus, he took it upon himself to call the air conditioning manufacture under warranty, and was able to get me the best price.

Great Service!! They did lots of work at my home this week and it was top-notch. First I had a clogged kitchen sink and Ty Lindsay was the plumber who cleared the drain. I purchased their VIP Maintenance Policy and purchased an RO system that was installed that day by Peter in a timely manner. Next day under Maintenance Policy purchased, Ty returned to do plumbing inspection and gave me a few suggestions of work to be done. No pressure to do immediately. Yesterday, Trevor McCloskey came out with to do heating inspection and found combustion blower was grinding and rattling. He showed me video on phone of the problem both before and after repair. He checked and it was still under warranty with Rheem so he replaced. All three of these gentlemen were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick Riley Cooling/Heating/Plumbing is my new go to company.
