The service provider was very professional...Knew exactly what he had to do after troubleshooting the system and began to explain the difference in the cost of of the difference of the 3 choices I had. Of course I chose the cheapest. The refill of coolant and Sealant...I just fill that 1895.00 was a little to expensive. I guess that's the price we have to pay to live here in The Free State of Arizona!Hopefully the Sealant holds, otherwise it will up and around $10.000 to replace the coil on the ceiling.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Mario is here now at 9:30 at night replacing the blower motor. I decided to purchase a new ac unit because of the age of my current unit. Called them for a maintenance service on my three AC Units in the morning and they had their tech Mark scheduled that same day. Mark was terrific as he explained as he cleaned and serviced my units. He also have me pointers on what I can do to go clean my units following dust storms. After he finished the maintenance on the AC units, Mark changed all our filters at no extra cost. Mark also did a great job in explaining their annual maintenance program for both our AC units and furnaces and the discounts that come with the program. We are very pleased with the great service we received.

I am maintenance supervisor for Chiro Plus Chiropractic centers and when our regular AC company went out of business, and we needed a new 4 ton split system, we found ourselves in need of someone new. I called several companies and started scheduling appointments, some for the following week. When I called Frank he said he would be right over, and he was here in thirty minutes! After he and my boss agreed on a price (which was great) Frank asked how late I could be there because I specialize in one day installation. Needless to say, I was skeptical, but Frank is a man of his word and he got right to work. He scheduled a crane, picked up the equipment, and brought out a three man crew within the hour and they got our new system installed by the end of the day, just like he said.
