Richard Delancey was friendly, knowledgeable, diligent and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect all three of our units, and then presented us with informed opinions about what needed to be addressed on each. At no point did we feel like we were being sold repairs that we didn't need; rather, Richard shared findings and suggestions for us to think about after he left. My husband and I were both extremely impressed with his knowledge and customer service attitude.

Last year we called to have an hvac unit installed, the gentleman that came out to discuss what we needed was very professional and knowledgeable about all Hobaica systems and even maintenance programs, he actually talked us into an installation as well as an annual maintenance program. The men that came out to install it were efficient and very professional as well. I don’t recall all their names but they did a great job! I recently called back to discuss renewing our annual plan and spoke with Jasmine. What a wonderful asset you have with her. Not only was Jasmine able to help with that but was able to schedule a maintenance visit for the unit that was installed and discussed the importance of having our water heater flushed, which she scheduled for us as well. I asked if she could email the information and dates of the appointments as i didn’t have pen and paper handy. She followed up with a very detailed email with all the information and dates that we had discussed. Kudos to her for remembering every detail. Definitely have had positive experiences with every employee that we have worked with it spoken to. Highly recommend this company!

My AC went out last week and needed to be replaced. It was 110 out and AZ Perfect Comfort was able to replace it in 2 days where everyone else was at least a week. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

On a Friday night that was 100 degrees one of my AC units was blowing warm air so I called Comfort One AC. Jessica took my call and said that they could have someone out on Saturday morning! She told me that Juha would be out at 7:00 am. Juha showed up on TIME! He diagnosed my AC unit (it's 25 years old) and had the needed parts in his van and was able to get me up and running in no time! There was no sales pitch to get me to replace my old unit. I know that someday I will need to replace it and I will be calling Comfort One when I do. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. Issac and Kane replaced my water heater today, the same day they came out to diagnose it. They worked so hard in the AZ heat! They replaced our entire unit and added safety features to keep my family safe. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. I wanted a check-up on my A/C system, and got a $39.95 special. The technician that was scheduled showed up on time, and even called me ahead of time to let me know what time they would be at my home.The tech did a thorough inspection of my outside condenser, and even went into my attic to inspect the air handler (evaporator) at my request.She showed me current and potential issues with my 11 year old system, and explained what each component's function was.I would highly recommend George Brazil for any service on, or replacement of your home's A/C or heating system.

My air conditioner has been out since Monday, today is Thursday, the weather this week has been over 110 degrees every day. I have called them no less than 50 times and so has AHS, no answer...extremely unhappy, dissatisfied and will no doubt never use them again and will cancel AHS unreliable and a waste of money...oh but they got their $100.00 on Monday, that sounds fair...right?
