Dominic is absolutely the best there is. I’ve had plumbing work done before, but never had this level of professionalism and quality. He was efficient and very kind to my dog who was running around. All around fantastic experience and would recommend them him to anyone!! Thank you again

New to PHX and found Hays to be very friendly and responsive. They tracked down a tricky wiring issue with my A/C unit and repaired for a reasonable fee.

Initially I loved penguin air, they replaced my entire hvac system about 9 years ago.Since then, it’s been nothing but up-charges and problems. Some of the techs are good, some just want to make a hefty commission.During the 9 years with my replaced AC system, some bedrooms were way too hot to ever sleep in, I escalated, asked for solutions, was never really provided anything — finally I said ‘just add another air vent to the room’….I was blown away when they tried to charge me $1100 to fix a problem that had been ongoing for nearly a decade. The vent install works very well, I just don’t feel that I should have had to pay anything for it.I also want to add that I pay $20 a month for their premier service or whatever it’s called — I’ve used it once in maybe 3 years.They just don’t value the customer like they did when I first started using them.

Miguel Ramos did a great job. He showed up on time and was very cordial and respectful. He explained everything with detail before and after the service. We are glad that we chose Goettl for our A/C maintenance and are considering them for future services.

I have purchased AC/Heating systems for two homes with AZ Perfect Comfort and highly recommend them for their honesty, knowledge, and responsive customer service.

My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

With the passing of years.... we knew it was getting time to replace our aging AC units (25yrs). I actually (over different years) had several AC companies over to give me bids. Info was all over the place adding to the confusion of making a decision. I also never got the warm fuzzes from any company that came out. Bids where all over the place from $8,000-$18,000 (2 units) some said I've got nothing to sell you or I' only do the job if you switch from gas to electric. Or my favorite Watch who you hire Heck..... a couple of bids came with nobody climbing up on the roof. But when George came over to give us a quote he was both passionate & reassuring. We discussed which AC units would be the best for our home & single vs: variable speed. We felt comfortable enough to hire him. The only thing I wished we had done different & sill can do was to put in smart thermostats. Yes, we feel comfortable recommending Air Control to you! A small business owner with a big heart & passion for his profession. ???

A/C Works is a new offshoot of Appliance Works and both are excellent services. Shane, our tech, was excellent and diagnosed our upstairs A/C problem --slow leak -- and even apologized for the cost of the freon! Would absolutely recommend this service company

Very fast work, even during the busiest season here in AZ. Had to have a new a/c unit installed. Showed up early, finished early, quality work done, cleaned up everything when done. All this and almost $1k less than other estimates I got. Very satisfied, and glad to have a cool house again. They were very easy to work with and explained everything. Definitely my new go to a/c company.

Newman Commercial Refrigeration is an excellent company. They do outstanding work. They have experienced technicians in heating/air conditioning. I have used them severally and have always been very pleased with their work.
