The technician, I believe it was Jibran, was promptly on time, not what I’m used to with OTHER businesses, so I actually almost missed him! He was professional, told me exactly what he needed to do to fix the plumbing issue, got right to business. He was friendly, did not leave any mess of trash behind and literally was hassle free for me. Even the courteous phone call at the time of making the appointment The scheduler(female) was super polite and friendly. Just from beginning to the end, was a great experience I would very much recommend APES

The service technician, Sky, was awesome. He explained everything very well, explained my options, and then went through what the cost of a new system would be. He left no questions unanswered and I felt very comfortable dealing with Sky and Penguin air. Overall the experience was fantastic I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how timely they were in getting here to temporarily fix my broken system until my new one is installed tomorrow.

Chas Roberts installed the HVAC system, ducts & vents in my new construction. They failed to account for Phoenix climate in one of the rooms, making it virtually unusable in the summer. Rather than coming out in the summer to review, they waited several months and came in October when it was 74 degrees out. They spent 20 minutes gathering some temp readings, said sorry looks fine, and left. Unacceptable.

I called you last night because a pipe broke at my house. They arrived at 8:00 today. M. and they did the job very professionally for a very good price. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them to my friends and family.
