Binh, the very helpful Hobaica Tech, arrived at our house on time, well informed and quickly resolved our AC and electrical issues. I got estimates from 4 of the largest a/c companies in Phoenix. Day & Night gave me by far the best price, they were on time and Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. Steve is also the only one that did a Heat Load Test to make sure I was buying the correct size unit for my house, the other 3 companies did not do this and wanted to sell me a bigger and MORE EXPENSIVE unit than I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAY & NIGHT AIR CONDITIONING.

After a bad experience with another HVAC company that does a lot of TV advertising, we have been so happy to use Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling. We received a very competitive price on our new units which were promptly installed. William, our service tech, is very professional and communicates quite well. Will definitely request him for our future maintenance work.

It said 24/7 response. While I admit 2:30 am is not an opportune time to set up an appointment, I have two cats and a dog in a house that is 83F in the middle of the night after what I believe is the fan breaking down in the AC. By midday, I'm going to to have to relocate them and myself.The response I got for using the emergency phone number was an answering machine that stated you have reached **muffled noises like a phone being rustled in a pocket** followed by an answering machine beep to leave a message. Not exactly a promising lead.Edited update: A response 2 months after the incident occurred using passive aggressive undertones. Yeah, about what I expected.

I really appreciated John's hard work and knowledge of what we needed to install our garden hydrant and repair a leaky pipe in a wall. He explained what he was doing so I understood the process. I would highly recommend John to whoever needs a very good plumber.

My central unit gave up so called Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company they replaced the unit and also the furnace.

Three years ago, we had a water softener and a Reverse Osmosis system installed by Parker and Sons through Costco. It has been nothing but constant aggravation and persistent lies on the part of this company. We were told that the water softener would regenerate less often than our older system and that it would use less water in doing so and the regeneration process would take place every so many gallons of usage. Well, there was no truth in that. I am awakened nearly every two or three mornings at 2 AM at the sound of the system regenerating. We had called about this, and we were told that they would see to it that the system would be reset to regenerate as per usage. After two or three visits on their part, we were told that “it is what it is”, and that it would regenerate more often than what was incorrectly stated by the initial representative and the prior technicians. In the meantime, they also told us that the filters on the RO system would not need to be changed more than once per year. At 2:15 AM, six months after the installation, I would get text notifications every single morning that the filters needed to be changed. At LEAST four times they insisted that this was resolved but it took until last year for that to finally be remedied. This past Monday I called at 4 PM to set up an appointment to have the filters changed, which was needed, and so that I would not be awakened at 2:15 each morning with these text notifications. I was told by the person who answered (who, BTW, had mentioned that he remembered me because of the mispronunciation of my last name) that a technician would arrive between 8 and noon on Thursday. At 11:45 on Thursday I called to see if a technician was still going to arrive, and they had no record of my having called for an appointment. That is the second time that they did that to us. They informed me that they would send a technician between noon and 4 PM. The job was completed. From that next morning, onward, I have been receiving text notifications at 2:15 AM that the filters need to be changed. I made them aware of this by calling them as well as by emailing them and they insisted that the technician reset it. This morning, after having been awakened again at 2:15, I decided to remove the batteries so that it would disconnect from the Wi-Fi. Thank goodness that I did, indeed, go under the sink. The filter (or filters) was (were) improperly installed and my cabinet was flooded. They are supposedly a 24/7 company, but they are useless and incompetent. I called Costco to notify them of the situation and they told me to keep calling Parker and Sons. When I did call back, they told me that I would be scheduled for Monday for between 8 and noon. Poor quality, incompetent service, poor customer service, and misinformation! A manager will be arriving today, Sunday, to evaluate the situation. In the meantime, my cabinet is ruined, and the aggravation is mounting. Now we are also worried about the possibility of mold. I would avoid this conglomerate of a do-it-all company, like most large businesses whose volume is more important than quality and customer care.

Been using Howard Air for years on my home and my rentals. Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. They have always been fair and do a great job. I don't hesitate to recommend them (and have many times) to anyone asking for a reputable HVAC company. Five stars +

They changed the time on me twice without letting me know. I had to get a hotel because they didn’t come help me with my Air Conditioning when they said they would.

Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
