When I called the office for an appointment for a termite inspection, they were able to send someone to my home that day. The representative came on time and was respectful and clear in what he explained to me. The technicians who came to treat my home were willing to explain to me exactly what they were going to do and how they would do it. They worked great as a team and got my treatment done quickly. They also warned me about keeping my dog away from the treatment areas until it dried. I felt that Bills Pest and Termite Control did a good job for me.

We have used Burns' services for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service. We have been especially pleased with our technician, Michael. He has always been on time, has not missed appointments, is very attentive to detail and instructions, and is always very polite. And the pests go away and don't come back. I recommend them highly.

I have used Western Exterminator for more than a decade. Their employees are conscientious and professional. And they do not unnecessarily push or cross sell services, which I appreciate.

The do what they say

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

James Morris was a very professional and friendly technician. He was on time and did a thorough job. We always feel better and safer after Tru Force has treated our home for scorpions and insects. Thanks for our peace of mind!

Although I wasn't there for any services that they offered I was looking for a place that I was looking for that was in the back of the building but that staff is the friendliest most cordial group of people I've met in any work situation

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.
