When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. I knew nothing about windows so I called eight different companies and had them come to my house to show me their product. I learned very quickly that almost all of the windows are the same more or less. Window world beat everybody's price by about $3,000 up front no BS. When my dog ate my screens I had no problem dropping off the frames and the company replaced them at no cost. Exceptional customer service through and through I highly recommend this company.
