We were without air conditioning for five days and were staying in our house when it was 114 degrees outside and with our family until Desert Diamond Mechanical provided us with a temporary cooling system and our son provided one to ease our heat exposure. First of all, I called in the morning with an AC problem. The woman that answered the phone heard my baby chattering in the background and expedited the service because she wanted to make sure he was okay in the heat of the summer! Like……….who does that? That was my first hint that this place was going to be awesome.

Then our technician got here, and Octavio was amazing. His humble and honest approach was refreshing, and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He helped me be a better homeowner by giving tips and tricks to run my AC more efficiently on top of doing a quick and effective total system diagnosis. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!

Day & Night is well established with excellent technicians. We appreciated the thorough explanation and the time he spent with us. We actually enjoyed our appointment! He is a keeper!!

Our experience with Scottsdale Air was superb! We got quotes from a number of local outfits, to proactively replace our 15 year old, slit-system heat pump. My initial criteria was that all these companies needed to have been in operation at least a couple decades (Scottsdale Air over 60 years). One big name company was very high-priced, and I didn’t feel the salesman was totally genuine. The others were all in the same price ballpark, but Eric, the Scottsdale Air salesman was a really good communicator and he was genuine and knowledgeable. Plus he was to the point, didn’t waste my time and printed out a concise, easy to understand proposal (one company’s quote was 5 pages long!) before leaving. Eric and his office were both very responsive to us, before and after the installation. (BTW - His price was just a little lower than most of the others, but my interaction with him and his office was really what clinched it for me!)

The installers showed up right on time and did the work in a very professional manner – they were respectful of our property and were as quiet as they could be, and had the work done in a little over four hours. I asked Eric previously if they could provide a portable heater, and the installers brought one which kept things quite comfortable while they replaced the old unit.

I have a background in the HVAC field, so I knew a couple things about what they were doing, and I am pleased to say I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Oh, one last thing – we went for the simplest Trane unit that would be at least 15 SEER (which was also more affordable). After we had the installation date set, Eric called to say there was an issue with the air handler we’d specified, so Scottsdale Air upgraded us to a much better and costlier air handler without charge - now that’s a good example of excellent and conscientious customer service! Bottom-line: A nice unit sold and installed by a thoughtful, competent company at a fair price – what’s not to love about that!?

Jeremy was amazing. He really knows his stuff and was able to walk me thru the problems in a detailed way. His scope of knowledge and experience is extensive. Alien AC and heating is a solid company that has great customer service. Ive used them for years and would highly recommend their services.

Had my ac for upstairs completely replaced with a new system. They didn’t hesitate to come out to my house same day I called. I ended up buying a new ac for upstairs and it was installed 2 days later. Works great and got a 10 year warranty with yearly servicing. Everyone I met from this company was a top level professional would recommend.

We had a lightning strike close to our upstairs refrigeration unit rendering it inoperative. Howard Air's response was reasonably prompt. They checked our unit, removed two destroyed circuit boards, installed a different temporary thermostat, and restored cooling until new circuit boards were ordered and received. Upon receipt of the new parts, they were installed, the smart thermostat was reinstalled, and there was no charge under the 10 year refrigeration warranty. Very happy with Howard Air's service.

I did a lot of research before choosing Air Conditioning of Arizona and they were the best choice I have ever made! I made my appointment on the website and had my window for the following morning. These guys are not in any way hard sellers. Hunter was super straight forward and honest about my ancient hvac system and after fixing my main problem in under a half an hour, simply put it out there that the fix that it really needed could run around $700 but in his opinion wouldn’t really be worth it. I wholeheartedly agreed considering my unit is well over 20 years old! Hopefully we’ll get through the rest of our summer and by spring I will absolutely be calling for a new install. I wouldn’t even consider anyone else! Thank you again Hunter!
