We have had Joe out twice for two different jobs and he has done an exceptional job both times.

The technician tried to upsell me for hundreds of dollars on a system that is functioning fine, but didn't bother to tell me about the repair he recommended. I would definitely find a different company!!!

Dylon was absolutely incredible, thorough, and went above and beyond; even replacing the air filter in our air conditioning unit! We recommend Goettl as a go-to for plumbing repair and inspection! I am faced with the unfortunate circumstance of buying a new AC unit. REEis was my second quote because I wanted to get at least two before I decided. They were able to get out same day which was excellent. They gave me a window of 2 hours and Tyler was right on the dot at the beginning of that 2 hour. I really appreciated his punctuality because my spouse gets antsy if she has to wait after a promised time. Most service professionals run perpetually late.Tyler inspected our unit, prepared a written quote for a 4 ton Trane unit and then called me to discuss. The price was reasonable for such a high quality unit, but I had to go with the lower bid and a slightly lesser quality unit.Tyler understood my decision, did not pressure me, answered a few more questions I had with no strings attached. I really appreciated his professionalism and if he represents the company values I would definitely do business with Reeis in the future.I heard the owner on KTAR a couple of years ago and was impressed with his knowledge. I continue to be impressed with this company and if I had a little more money to afford a Trane, I would certainly do business with them in this case. I'll be calling them for my maintenance needs . The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

I heard about Howard Air on 92.3. They came out to the house, and evaluated the condition of my unit. They replaced the capacitor without providing me with a quote or getting my authorization to proceed with the repair. I met up with the technician after the work was already completed and he gave me a verbal quote of $230 but said he needed to write it up. A few minutes later he was at my door with a written quote of $350. This was way more than I was expecting. Howard air took 20 minutes to replace a $30 part and charged me $350. I feel that price is unreasonable and so I would not recommend Howard Air and will not use their services in the future.

When my AC quit on me in the middle of a holiday (July 4) Larvell came out and did a great job making my house livable again. Very professional and personable. I will call Goliath Mechanical for any future issues with my HVAC.

We had an ac unit we knew that would need to be replaced soon. The old unit was nearly 25 yrs old. We also needed to have the hvac system replaced We had shopped around with more than five vendors. The guys at Preferred Air were professional, able to explain the process provided a very competitive pricing, speedy in their work. The guys stated that that would be back in 3 months to follow up they called and were promote and professional . We would highly recommend the guys for any hvac work

Our A/C unit stopped working so we called for repairs. As many here in AZ have experienced, having the A/C quit in summer is no picnic.:) Shane was fantastic and professional. Under promised and over delivered. Highly recommended!

From Gerald to the installation team, all did what they said they where going to do. They showed up on time, little if any mess, finished the job promptly and Gerald double check the work. As former contractor I do not recommend many, but these guys I do, because they earned it.

We were very happy with everything from start to finish. In fact, our Trane AC unit came in weeks earlier than expected. Communication has been excellent. I would highly recommend AC & Refrigeration.

Max did an awesome job after someone previous to AccuTemp came out and would have replaced every possible part. So glad Max was honest. I highly recommend him. Also my in-laws recommend Kevin with the same company. So ask for Max or Kevin!

Had a problem with our walk in wine cellar, having lots of valuable wine it was imperative to address the problem quick and properly the first time. I'm happy to say CR Custom Services went beyond all of my expectations. What makes it better is that they are a full HVAC company, so now they take care of all my cooling and heating needs, including our wine cellar. Great company.
