My water heater was leaking/broke so my rental company chose APES to get it replaced. They came by next day. Anthony was the tech who replaced my water heater. He was professional, polite, and gave me an accurate estimate on time to complete. He also showed up on time and cleaned everything afterwards. Before he left he asked if there were any questions I had or if there was anything else I could do. Overall, it was quick service, friendly texts and in person interactions. 10/10 great job. If I get my own place and have a water heater issues I'll be calling them myself.

Happy New Year to me!! Within a week of the New Year, I had everything go wrong. I can't begin to say how grateful I am to Hay's. Since moving here, I have never found a better company that truly cares about you. I was in tears on a Saturday night when I heard all kind of hissing coming from my garage, I went out there to find it was the hot water tank, not only was it hissing it had leaked all over the garage. I had no idea what to do. I called Hay's who have replaced my air conditioners, and have done work here before. Stacia answered(after hours) and had me facetime Chris(owner and husband). What company does that? He walked me through what to do. Not having any success to get through to the next day, before any further damage, Chris and his wife drove over at 10pm on a Saturday night to help. What a Godsend!! I have no words, I was beside myself and felt helpless! These two are super hero's!!! I will never be able to thank them for what they did.They were able to get me in the next day to replace the water heater(between 5-7, after hours). I got a call early in the am and they moved it up to 12:30. Chris and Kolten came to my rescue, replaced the water heater and made sure all the faucets were working! Thank you, Hay's, thank you Chris, Stacia, and Kolten. I will never forget what you have done for me and will continue to use you and refer you. Even in the past with a mishap you always made it right!I am just sad Justin had to leave (disability) he was my favorite.StepheniP.S. My husband thanks you too(always traveling)

Have a plumbing issue. They sent someone out who couldn't figure out the issue and told me they'd send someone first thing in the morning to inspect the line.No one called in the morning. I called them. They told me they'd call me back. No one called me back. I called again, they said they'd get me in next, then called and said they'd schedule me in the next day.Now I'm stuck with a plumbing issue and no help.Edit: Just some more information - They charged me nearly $400 to snake a drain, had me remove a toilet to try to snake it, and never actually fixed the problem.They overcharged and under-delivered and REFUSED to even give me an estimate over the phone when I called to have them come over.The company that ended up helping me charged $80 and actually resolved the issue.Do not recommend.

Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I can see now why Hobaica has great reviews online. Their service and professionalism is second to none, and they have a wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
First, Amer came to my house when my AC unit stopped working. He was super kind and professional. He kindly informed me that my unit was 49 years old and was a safety hazard due to bad wiring and other severe issues. He highly suggested that I replace the unit because of the age and safety issues and any repair done to it would be temporary and delaying the inevitable. He promptly put a call in to get an expert to come to my house.
Simon showed up the same day to discuss solutions to my problem. He talked about my options for what is best for me after he inspected my ducting in the attic and looked at the unit on the roof. He was a great listener for my needs and he suggested a 3 ton unit for my house and we discussed financing options. I went with a Lennox brand unit, it came with a 10 year warranty.
A few days go by and a week before installation, I received a phone call from Simon. He informed me that the unit that we agreed on was no longer in stock. He said that Hobaica, because of the situation, will upgrade me to a unit that has a better warranty for NO COST! Fantastic! It is a Daikin AC unit with a 12 year warranty, instead of 10 year for the Lennox.
For the day of installation, Giovanni and Troy show up to my house exactly when they were scheduled to. They introduce themselves and told me exactly what was going to happen during the installation. They both were very polite and answered any questions I had. Also, I have dogs that are very vocal about people they don't know. I asked them to text me when they need to enter the house to do anything and they kindly accommodated me so I could put the dogs into the backyard for them. They were very thorough about picking up after themselves and they left no trash behind, which is nice.

Promise heating & air really came to the rescue today. The tech (Moises) that came out was really helpful and nice. He really made sure that I my day turned around. He is amazing! Thank you promise heating & air and Moises.

Q came this afternoon to repair our heater since it was just blowing cold air. He got in and was done within 30-45 minutes and we had hot air coming in! He was very clear about the issues we had and informed how we can avoid problems in the future. Highly recommend this company and especially Q for any repair and maintenance.

Cameron was polite, offered me options for faucet replacement, and addressed my concerns about the water pressure being too high coming into our home. He suggested we attach a pressure adjuster/monitor to our main water valve… showed me pressure readings before and after.I also appreciated how he provided costs with and without the pressure monitor and said it could be done today or at a later date. This was an unexpected cost, but agreed it needed to be done… Cameron repaired the original faucet and the monitor expertly with minimal effort!Well done

The technician you sent out to me, Carlyle, was very helpful and provided me with several options. I was very pleased and am considering using their services if able. The best part was that there was no pressure on his part.

The Tech was on time and very professional andidn't treat me like a stranger. He was very honest about everything I thought and replaced a part that was getting ready to go out. He called to check my warranty and luckily it was covered under the parts warranty I was very happy

Never have I felt more important as a customer, nor more informed. They were referred to me by SRP and I can totally see why. This was a GREAT experience. Craig was awesome-not only was he on time but early. He explained everything he did clearly, answered all our many questions. He made sure we knew how our new disposal worked as well as our new faucet. He also took old things with him. He is personable and polite. Would recommend him highly

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.
