Had service by two different teams, Alan & Felipe and Xavier and another worker. They were there when they said they would be. Professional, helpful and very polite. Could not have for better service! Good job Doan Restoration.

At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix.

This company has terrible customer service. Nearly 3 months later after a hot water pipe repair I still can't use my kitchen. I am washing dishes outside with the garden hose. They don't return phone calls, and then when I hear from them they say they are busy and short staffed. I need the counter tops put in and my sink & dishwasher and they are too busy to finish.
They started this small job on March 12 and just don't seem to give a damn about finishing it....This is a very BAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS leaving a customer high and dry,

This company is on call at all hours of the night. The staff is knowledgable, patient, friendly and will work with your schedule.

Tom kept me updated throughout the entire drying process and made sure there was not a single drop of water left in the areas that were flooded.

They are definitely worth it!

The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

We were unfortunate on two different occasions that pipes burst and flooded parts of our house, and one of them happening on New Years Day. Both cases, Arizona Construction & Restoration were called out to respond to our water damage. They showed up when they said they would be there, and they completed to job on the time line they gave us. This is the only contractor you need for your water damage/remediation issues. They were referred to me by the general contractor. These guys called me back the same day I was referred to them; they showed up when they were supposed to; started & completed the work exactly as scheduled. I also received periodic updates from the owner. The containment areas they had to set up were above & beyond what I was expecting. The project was also a little bit more involved as the areas to be worked on were in excess of 18 from the floor. Needless to say I am more than pleased w/ the final outcome & the timeliness of the work. If I could give them a higher rating I would. As an FYI I am not related to the contractor nor have any affiliation w/ them whatsoever.

They procured all the materials; plus planned and coordinated all of the services required to complete the project. Everything was completed in a very timely manner, and it relieved me from tons and tons of stress! I am very happy with the end result, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! We have been very well pleased with Water Damage Scottsdale as they've been on time with appointments, very cordial, and good at advising us of each step that needed to be taken.

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.
