Luckily I found A.P.E.S, super great company! They came on time, unlike most companies that I’ve used! My technician was Dominic, who was super professional and was able to identify the source of the problem immediately! He took the time to explain and answer questions before he fixed the issue. Super friendly and personable and what I appreciated the most was that he cleaned up his mess before he left! Super helpful! I will be using their services in the future!

Kevin came to do a routine check on the new A/C unit. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. Kevin also took time to explain anything that needed clarification. I was very pleased!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The faucet was broken on the inside. The home warranty company was going to replace it with a much lower type unit, but the repair person gave me time to go to Home Depot to get an equal type. I think the home warranty company should reimburse me for the one I didn’t use but that is yet to be determine. The repair itself was done professionally and the ice water line was redone.

Was able to get an appointment for annual maintenance in just a few days. Donovan Rodgers was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was finished in a timely manner.

After having several companies come out and give us quotes for a completely new HVAC system, new air handler and moving the air handler to a new location we felt that Day/Night did the best job giving us options to choose from as far as the types of systems. The original estimate and measurements were quite extensive due to all the changes and Jason did a very thorough job. We felt as though we had a ton of information to help make our choice. No pressure, just great info. When it came time to install Troy came out the day before to double check everything and confirm what we wanted. He also made video's for the team that would come out the following day for the install. We had about 6 guys in our house for about 8 hours installing our new system. The supervisor walked us through everything that would happen, checked with us about where the new intake would be, thermostats, etc.. which I very much appreciated. After lunch their boss Troy stopped by to check in and make sure that everything was going according to instruction. All in all we could not be happier with our experience so far. I did a ton of research on HVAC brands and we decided to go with a Trane system. Great warranty and great reviews. I have also had Day/Night work on some plumbing issues and they were again fantastic, on-time, great communication and I never felt that I was being pressured to by something or upgrade to something I didn't need. I appreciate that. Every person on their team has been professional and great to work with. You can tell they like what they do. Great job team and great job Day & Night teaching and training your servicemen to do a job right! Much appreciated, you've got a loyal customer in me!!!!

Lincoln Air is a very professional honest company. They ALWAYS take the time to explain what is going on and what they are going to do to fix it, EVERYTIME. Lincoln Air is the ONLY company I will allow to work on my AC system!

Charlie came over and was very friendly and professional and sold us on a new AC unit. He explained everything and was very thorough and kind. The guys were here the very next day installing it and did an excellent job and Charlie came by again to make sure we were happy with it. I would highly recommend ACE!!

Parker and Sons were one of three valley HVAC companies I contacted when I decided to replace our 20 year old system. They were very upfront, professional from the initial sales call to the next day installation. In todays market I feel like there are a lot of smoke an mirrors pricing and warranty length wise. Parker and Sons proposal and sales experience was easy to navigate to know exactly what you were getting when comparing various systems. The install was scheduled the following day after our purchase. The installers showed up at 7 am as promised and worked until almost 9 pm tightening everything up. It was refreshing to see that kind of commitment and customer service post Covid when everyone seems to have an excuse. I will definitely recommend Parker and Sons to anyone whose is looking to make a major purchase such as this.

Through Service Rep Jason, he started the wheels turning and process of getting technicians Jose, Terrance, and Mitchell from PROSKILL out to my house quickly in delivering and installing a brand new Trane AC unit for me and my goldendoodle puppy Zeek. Arrived at 7:00am as they said they would be. They immediately start in on using their knowledge, experience, and professional prowess in taking out the old unit and strategically placing the new unit, with a crane, in and putting in the new thermostat and showing me with great patience how to correctly operate and use it for my benefit and ease of operation. They went on as they worked steadily to be so friendly and kind to my puppy Zeek who joyfully and thoroughly enjoyed their kindness and thoughtfulness and new friendships. I was blessed mightily with three very dedicated technicians who are just really outstanding at their vocation and friendliness. As we all know it is sometimes not too common to have such professionalism and dedication service expressed and delivered in what they do joyfully and caringly. They brought much needed comfort and normalcy back to our lives and belief in the fact that there ARE really good and proud technicians out there. I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

Driver cut me off and then followed me home. He then threatened me and waited outside my garage. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.
