This is not your usual ac company. They show up on time clean and professional looking. I was surprised the Tech was wearing a white shirt. He explained the companies processes made a diagnosis and gave me an estimate. What I really liked he didn't try to sell me a new unit like others do.Very professional and quick. Ill call them again!

1st Choice Mechanical stepped in when our heat pump failed and provided excellent service and pricing to replace our apparently worn out old unit. They completely stand behind their service and the products they sell so there is no way you can go wrong. Two cool, happy customers Jack and Barbara Dunning.

This company took a deposit ($700) equal to half the cost of the job then canceled on the job the next morning giving me no time to find someone else. So, I potentially have to go another day without AC because I relied on this company to do what it said it was going to do. UPDATE - They did refund my money. But, you don't take a deposit if you can't do the job. And, despite this dude's response, I did get another company to fix the AC, but it did take an additional 4 days -cause of the weekend and they couldn't find the part this guy already located and supposedly had ready. What most likely happened is this guy was afraid that the compressor wasnt actually broken (see his response) and would not get reimbursed for it - since warranty only applies if its in fact broken. Regardless, I have running air now, and it certainly is in no way due to this company. This guy also has no class and insulted me multiple times via text, just have to read his response to get a feel for how this guy acts and treats its customers. It's also beyond comical how he tries to put into quotes a conversation that I never had and would never. Dude called me a jerk via text which is just funny. Not someone that is worth dealing with, lots of better companies out there ran by people with class.

Fred arrived on-time and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked a bunch of questions and he patiently and thoroughly answered everything in laymen terms. Very pleased with the service. Nice job AZ Perfect Control!

Lincoln put in a new HVAC unit for us a few years ago (saved us a bunch!) We just had them back out for a maintenance. As always, they are on time, knowledgeable and professional. Gabe was actually early, but their technicians text you so you know they're on the way. He was professional, conscientious of my cat who likes to run out, answered our questions, and showed me how to hose out the unit so I can keep it from getting so dirty. We always have a great experience with Lincoln Air.

Jon was friendly, on-time and communicative. He thoroughly inspected by ac/ductwork and clearly explained issues/recommendations.

Dave is an excellent technician. Very informative and helpful with decision making process on needed repairs. He explained things in a way that made good common sense and took care of the small details. Excellent service.

We had 2 Plumbing Technicians, Isiaac and Lucas. They were professional, knowledgeable and quickly formulated plan to diagnose and repair a slab leak. I highly recommend this team and Parker & Sons for any major plumbing repair. They also installed a new water heater flawlessly.

Just went through a renovation, and out of everyone I hired, Howard Air was the best contractor to work with. They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and were always on schedule and in contact. If everyone tried as hard as they do, the world would be a much better place!

I have used Five Star A/C twice. One was a replacement and the second was a new install. Tim and Dan sent Tony and Ashley to do the install. I can not say enough about their abilities. They installed while we were open and worked around us. They worked clean and kept on task until the job was complete. I would recommend Five Star and the team of Tony and Ashley to anyone. An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.

I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them when my parents needed some AC work done too! They ditched Parker & Sons and called in the Airzona crew. They worked quickly and efficiently for my family as well. Overall this company has great work ethic. It’s nice to see a family company going above and beyond in the valley for its customers.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

When shopping for quotes the company was very helpful, spoke to Sierra and she set a tone for what to expect, great service! Larson is on point with their service. I dealt with a few companies already in my first year in my home. Looks like i will be using Larson from now on.
