Braden and John came for a plumbing inspection right on time, were very thorough and explained everything they were doing. While checking the hot water heater, they found a leak in an outside pipe and fixed it on the spot. They also went and got a part for one of my toilets and fixed that, as well. I highly recommend Goettl and these two young men to take care of any and all plumbing type issues.

Parker & Sons diagnosed that I needed two parts that were under warranty and wanted over $3k to fi lx my heat. Called another company neither of the parts that Parker & Sons said I needed were bad and problem was a result of a leak. Technician did not know what he was doing and would have cost me a lot of money to fix something not broken and i would have still had the leak. We Only needed Freon and leak repair. I paid 1/3 of the price and got a true diagnostic & repair with a smaller family owned business.

Short version - Mike B. came out on a warranty call regarding our new ac unit - he far exceeded our expectations of service. Mike is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and is obviously very customer service orientated - a definite asset to this company. Despite the reason for the warranty call, George Brazil has been nothing but professional and has provided top quality service. We are definitely happy that we chose this company and can rest knowing that any issues will be resolved in a timely manner.

Apex was amazing. Louis was super professional and clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable technician who replaced our evaporation coil and serviced our compressor. The evaporator coil installation took a fair amount of fabrication to make it fit our system. Louis did it all in stride and it works beautifully. Will always call Apex! Apex was a 10 out of 10!

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

When your home is less than three years old the last thing you expect is for your AC motor to go out in the middle of August. Thankfully we called Comfort Experts! Ryan worked quickly and efficiently to get our system back up and running. Our family is so grateful for his hard work!

Great service, prompt and professional

installed new ac and furnace you could not ask for a better job. The install manger Mike was great. The reason I didn’t rate the company better is you call them them and you get an answer service who box is filled and you can’t leave a message. If you do get to leave one you may not get a response. If I have trouble with the system I may not get a response this makes me nerves.

We are extremely impressed with Larson AC. They know how to run a company! We recently decided to replace both AC units in our home. We contacted several highly recommended companies with stellar reviews for proposals to complete the work. It was obvious, after meeting Claude, that we would be selecting Larson. Claude evaluated our system, took all the measurements needed calculated heat loads and provided several options for new equipment. He explained of the cost/benefit of each and took the time to answer all our questions, and we had a lot of them. He was genuine, friendly, and very knowledgeable. On the day of installation. Claude was even onsite to review the project with the installation team. From there, our experience got even better. The installation team, Caleb and Kyle were amazing. They were prompt each morning. We received a text message when they were on the way and an email with their photo. They worked hard for two days installing the units, disposing of the old ones, rewiring our Nest thermostats, and explaining everything they were doing. They were courteous, professional, and extremely neat. We barely noticed all the work they were doing which is impressive given the size of the job. Our dog even liked them, and she is an excellent judge of character. From start to finish, our experience with Larson AC was excellent and we would strongly recommend them!

I needed a very specific piece for my range and appliance repair bros helped me order it and overnight it. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with my request! I would definitely contact them again for other needs.

I can't say enough good things about SMW! I've been using them for years and have always had a positive experience. I had a problem with my furnace last night after hours (about 3 am) and called their emergency number. I talked to Scott (he's the owner!) and he walked me through the whole process of what I needed to do until they could get someone out here. He was kind and knowledgeable and was able to put my mind at rest. That alone is enough to make me a lifetime customer. But it gets better! They had someone at my house at 8 am (how's that for fantastic service?!). My tech was Joe Rivera and he was totally amazing! He knew what he was doing, explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions. He was professional and personable (he even gave milk bones to my dogs!) He went above and beyond what I expected and I will certainly request him whenever I need service. This is an amazing company and I would recommend them 100%! Jeremy and his team did a great job in installing our a/c units and furnace. They were very considerate and paid attention to detail. A year later he came out to do maintenance on the unit and did a great job cleaning and making sure everything was running smoothly and cooly. Great job.
