AHS assigned Valley's Best to fix my A/C unit after was out for three days. Adam the tech got the job done within an hour and left with a smile. This company employs the best and lives up to its name the Best I truly appreciate their quick service respond, especially my thanks goes to Marlene the office Mgr who contacted me immediately and scheduled the work in the same day while other companies didn't respond, have no openings, or made the excuse which was worse than guilt by saying: we don't serve A/C units on two stories houses, Absolutely ridiculous answer.

SG Mechanical is our go to service provider for our AC. Our system is about 16 years old and SG has come out to fix it without pushing for a big ticket install. They do an excellent job communicating what is going on the with the system. Kyle is awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. Ken was really exemplified quality customer service. He was patient with me while explaining the issue and let me watch during the repairs. Daniel was awesome, I called preferred air to make sure a/c is working correctly due to loud sounding noise that didn't seem normal, he checked a couple of things and preformed tests. And nothing was really wrong, I just have an old model and it happens. Thank you Daniel for reassuring me it's ok and I can run my air.. I feel better knowing it's not going to burn up and cause problems if I do..

We had a very positive experience with these fine folks. When we were getting our new unit, the Mears men went back to the distributor several times because the units they received were damaged in shipping and they were not installing a damaged unit on our house, even if the damage was just cosmetic. That told me a lot about their ethics. They took extreme care at every juncture and when they found something was not right they made it right at no additional cost. As an example, we had a breaker issue and the Mears men replaced it for me. I didn't see the charge for the part on my invoice and I called to question it. I was told that they took care of it for us as part of the service. Clearly, they didn't have to do this. This is greatly appreciated. Further, we shopped around before deciding which unit to buy, and at the end of our due diligence we found that Mears offered the best price; they then backed that up with exceptional service. I am very pleased with this company and the men who did the work. I highly recommend this company.

I've been with Howard Air for years - including a new install - and couldn't recommend them more highly. When you have an outage, you get a bunch of recommendations I use (so and so) and my response each time was No, I've got Howard Air, nobody touches them.
Reasonable prices, for sure, but their service and professionalism are unrivaled at every touchpoint in the process.
In perhaps 10 years I've never had a bad interaction and every tech has been as good or better than the last. (Shout out to Art for yesterday)
