Mitchell was a very nice guy. It's a little crazy, I think, to have to pay for an estimate, but they were able to come out really fast, which was cool, and Mitchell was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Running a gas line is very expensive, like 4000 dollars expensive. There, saved you an estimate.

Penguin air got someone here in timely fashion. Once here he was friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very friendly and reviewed our options, cost and time of repair. He finished the job in that time span, no hidden costs, exactly what he quoted, and the air conditioner was working again before you knew. I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I have had Goettl out to my house 3 times for 3 different reasons. This time we had francesco and he was awesome, he waited for me to get home from running late and he was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was super nice and went step by step on the options I had and made sure I didn’t have any questions unanswered.

My neighbor recommended this company to me and I am so glad that he did! My AC went out in August, in AZ! They responded to my calls immediately and had a repair man to my house very quickly. I had interactions with the owner and a few of their employees. Every single person in this company were professional, knowledgeable, and just down right kind. I am not sure if this is a family owned and operated business but it sure felt like one. I was so impressed by the service I received I signed up for their maintenance program. 1st Choice made me a customer for life. I cannot say how grateful I am to have found them. Don't go any where else! This is the company you will want to have to take care of your home. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Initial installation was faulty and caused water damage to our ceiling. When we filed a claim with their insurance company for damages, they blamed us (the customer) and refused to stand by their work. This was extremely disappointing. I will never use this company again as they do not stand behind their work.

Technician did a thorough job and treated me with respect and was fair in his explanation of what was needed. He used easy to understand terms. I would recommend him to anyone.

Well - three servicemen had to come out and it took 5 days to get the part --- meanwhile I WAS staying warm with a borrowed small heater. I still do not have an itemized statement and receipt. However, my heating system is now fixed and I am warm again.....thank you.

Derek is exceptional! We had no hot water in our home. We called Derek and he came the same day and provided an estimate and explained the entire process to me. He even came a second time to explain the work that needed to be done to my husband (he was not home the first time). He rearranged his schedule so he could fix our boiler system so we could get hot water back in the home right away.

Derek is thorough, knowledgeable , friendly, and provides excellent service. Pricing is very reasonable! Him and his team are very professional and provide quality service.
