As 100deg hit a few weeks ago. Quickly discovered field mice had made a winter meal out of wiring in 2 of my outside units. A quick call and the tech arrived. Besides simply replacing chewed up wiring, he recommended some protective pipe sleeve to prevent this from happening next winter. That’s what I really appreciated, going beyond just the fix to prevent problems next year and beyond.

I use Parker & Sons whenever I need electrical or plumbing help. They never fail to fully please me. I had an electrical issue at 3am on Christmas Eve a few years back. I wanted to share my experience with everyone regarding my annual plumbing inspection from Patrick Riley Cooling Heating and Plumbing. The day before service date I received a call confirming the appointment and the time. I was told that I would receive a call when the service technician was on the way to my home. Gene, the service technician assigned to my appointment called and alerted me that he would be arriving at 8:00 AM which was the time I had requested. He was very professional yet very friendly and started my day off on a great note.He arrived on time and ready to get to work. He was Covid prepared wearing a mask which I appreciated. He and his partner (I didn’t get his name but a really great guy as well) completed the inspection and proceeded to explain what they recommended to make sure everything was 100%. I went ahead with the suggestion. They completed the work in a very timely manner.I’m was such a pleasure meeting them. Gene was just wonderful and a great asset to the company. The other gentleman was newer to the team but really seemed to be doing a great job as well.I would highly recommend this company and the technician (s) I had. It was a pleasure. I hope they are appreciated by their employer as great people are hard to find.

I am so grateful I found B3 Refrigeration. My air went out 2 nights ago, and they were able to come out to my home quickly, diagnosed the issue with in a matter of minutes, and were prepared with a replacement part on there truck! With in a few hours of the air going out my house was cooling off again.
