Not only was he on time , he was thorough in his analysis of what going on with my dryer. He explained my options and did what I thought was in my best interests. The service provided by technician Joe Kleinman today was exemplary. He was called to check for a carbon monoxide leak in our heating and air-conditioning system. Our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were going off when we turned our heat on in the home. He thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak. He communicated with us so well and was very thorough in dealing with the situation. Everyone in the office was so helpful in setting up the appointments. This includes Cassie, Steffi, Michelle, Drew and several others whose names I can’t remember. Everyone is so polite and patient and helpful. I highly recommend The Day and NightHeating and air conditioning repair company and I look forward to using them in the future.I just realized that I forgot to write a review about the other technician who came to our house on the initial visit. His name is Ivan. Ivan was just as outstanding as Joe Kleinman. Ivan did the initial assessment of the carbon monoxide problem and then bumped it up to Joe who had more sensitive equipment. So Ivan took care of the first step in the evaluation and then Joe took care of the second. Ivan was equally as professional, highly qualified, extremely thorough and a great communicator. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars all around!

My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again. Oh, and his name was Daniel...

We had our old units replaced last year by Comfort Experts and they are amazing! Jeremy came out to check the units for the summer, he was also here for the original install. He is professional, punctual and truly takes pride in his work! Best company and employees hands down!

I got home last night at around 8pm and noticed that my air handler would not heat or shut off and was blowing cold air on one of the coldest nights so far this year. I called the 24 hour number and it was answered right away. They sent an email out to a tech and within 5 minutes I received and call and he helped me trouble shoot the issue, Unfortunately it did not work so they set up an appointment for the next day between 12 and 2. The tech called at 10:30 am and asked if he could come early. The tech arrived about 10 minutes later and within a couple of hours my system is now working perfect! When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business.
