After acquiring other quotes and talking with other contractors and their products, Temperature Pro was very understanding and flexible with my requests, they were prompt, they were on time, they responded immediately, never left me wondering if they’re gonna call back! they replaced my HVAC system same day, working just fine, to return in three days as they said to completely check the system and make certain everything was to their standards ,when they left that day after making a couple of other repairs, not in the quote and not charged for because they wouldn’t leave without it right….. they did make it right ,thank you Temperature Pro! Investment property rental was not blowing cold air. Called late Friday evening and they had someone ready Saturday afternoon. James quickly identified the problem and replaced a capacitor. He had to climb up on the 3rd story to reach the condo unit. It was over 105 degrees out and within an hour he had it running. Thanks for coming through on a Saturday!

If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would!!! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much!! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there. Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He wanted to check the attic. #1 I have zero insulation up there and #2 the duct work fell off the vent. Thats why no air was pushing through the vents in the house! I would 100% recommend this company if you need anything repaired or looked at. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Very happy with the service! Thank you Chris and Alien Air. You will be my go to company from here on out!!!

I broke the spigot pipe in my back yard on a Saturday morning. I called ACE and they sent Tristin to help us. He arrived earlier than expected, was very friendly, and professional. He was able to get the spigot replaced and my water was back on in no time at all. Also I was expecting to part with some coin due to it being an emergency and it was the weekend. The cost of the repair was not very expensive. I would definitely use & recommend Tristin and ACE to my family and friends.

Great amazing service

Rickey was my water heater specialist and he went above and beyond, refusing to leave until my entire issue was resolved. I called for a water heater issue and once that was resolved then a water pressure issue arose causing a new issue for my ultimate goal which was simply to take a hot shower now that the weather is getting colder. Reggie stuck around and tested a few things until he was able to not only provide my house with hot water but also the desired water pressure. I would recommend Rickey and this company to any of my friends or family!!! 10/10 service all around

Update: After about a week and half the same thing is still happening. A short somewhere in the system and the A/C won't turn on, yet they charged me over $400 to fix the short last time. Absolutely unaccepable!Matt D. Came out to fix my A/C that would not turn on. This happened before and other techs came out and fixed it. But after the other techs were done the problem came back. It turned out to be a short on the condenser wire that Matt D. was able to track down after going through everything and making sure there wasn't a short somewhere else as well. But Matt came out and actually did work to find the actual problem and fixed it. He even showed up at about 9:15am when they told me they couldn't be out until 12-4pm. So way early as well! Patrick Riley has got a great tech with Matt D.

So I called the five star about my air conditioning and a man named saul came over to check out my conditioner and found out the problem quickly and fix it quick his a professional he seems well experienced ?

Karl was very professional in all his dealings with me (after finishing his previous job, and speaking with me, he was able to arrive early), very knowledgeable of my AC unit, had the proper part in his van and repaired the unit efficiently and thoroughly. After the repair, he verified the temperature of the air coming out of the registers was cold/correct. He wore protective booties so as not to track dirt in the house. Thank you, Dan

I am so incredibly fortunate that I was lucky enough to find Prestige Mechanical! I’m new to the west side and had no idea who to call when my AC unit stopped working. Of course it was on a day that it was 112°.
They were gracious enough to get me scheduled on an emergency basis.
The technician that arrived was extremely knowledgeable and I knew immediately that I was dealing with a company that I could trust.
Bottom line is I ended up needing a new unit as the repairs were going to cost more than it was worth. The owner came over and personally evaluated my needs, gave me a quote that afternoon and to my surprise made arrangements to have my new unit installed the following day.
Installation went as scheduled.
They have certainly earned my business and I feel extremely fortunate that they will be maintaining my unit for years to come.
My heartfelt thanks to Prestige Mechanical for coming to my rescue!

Update: Changed from 1 star to 3. The original rep, John, came back out and did the repairs at no cost to me after finding out how the office handled my situation, which I appreciated, but still don't plan to use the company again.

Original post: Rep John came out and provided a quote for a few things including air conditioner repair. He was on time, very friendly and professional. I accepted the air conditioner quote and he told me someone would be in contact with me that afternoon (Fri June 25). Didn't hear from anyone by Mon June 28, so I called. They told me that someone should be out to me Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon, I hadn't seen anyone, so I called to check. That rep said she had no record of the Tues/Wed promise or even that I called on Monday, and that someone would be out by July 5. That was not acceptable for two reasons: it isn't what I was promised and I will have family in town all weekend, so I don't want to sit around waiting for arrival and repairs. Due to this, she said she would put a note in to have someone out ASAP. It's Friday, July 2. Nobody has arrived. I called again. I was told that I was scheduled for July 5, that nobody would be out before then, and that she wasn't even sure why they had me on the schedule because they aren't accepting new customers. I get that everywhere is busy right now, but this place needs to get it together. Awful first experience and customer service in general. I cancelled my a/c order and won't contact them for anything else.
