Amazing response time! Actually a whole day early putting in my new air conditioning unit. Joe was amazing and kept me in the loop the whole process, he even recommended some electricity saving tips for My family.

Had a plugged up kitchen sink. Mike was friendly and professional. He cleaned up after he was done and gave me some quick advise on a couple of other plumbing concerns that I had. I would definitely use this company again.

Roy checked out our aging water softener and gave us many options on how to proceed- He also installed a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen and to the ice maker line on our refrigerator. Roy was most pleasant and answered all of our many questions. Highly recommend him and hope to have him back should we have need of his expertise!

Amazing customer service and easy to get ahold of! What more could you you ask for? They saved us during the middle of summer when our A.C unit went out and no other company was able to provide same day service (because it was late at night). Their membership packages are well worth it.

I was told by an AC company, sent out by my home warranty, that my evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. (Although he never laid his eyes on them). I contacted B3 refrigeration to conduct the cleaning. Zeke came out, looked at the coils, and provided honest feedback (not that dirty at all). He cleaned them quickly and thoroughly. Proskill just replaced our 60 year old unit. Yes, you read that right - most of the components of our HVAC system were original with the house built in 1960, which we just purchased. Needless to say it was not a simple install. Proskill handled the entire process with professionalism and ingenuity. Now we have a perfectly efficient system and couldn't be happier! When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.
