Company knew they were coming in to my airbnb and cancelled when they got there because of no guests being in the home and it being vacant. I had explained to them when I booked the appointment to call me and that I would let them in. So now I am scrambling mid day to get this working for my guests and Goettl has totally put my reputation on the line. GO SOMEWHERE THAT CARES!

Alien AC is great!
First of all, that little alien on their trucks is super cute. There. I said it.
So, after the first air conditioner they installed ran it's course we knew exactly who to call. And once again they gave us a great deal, amazing service and had our new unit up and running the next morning. Whether you need your ac fixed or replaced you should call Alien AC. Our family has used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.

Stuart is very honest and explained exactly what needed to be done. He was on time and made this process quick and easy. Very happy with the service provided. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I literally never leave reviews however Parker and Sons time after time has delivered exceptional service to us. We have used them for many a repair and install of a salt water system. Today we called them for an emergency backup. They were here so quick, fixed the problem rapidly and were so great and kind. Great company very safe wears mask and boot covers getting new ac unit tomorrowFast track to this 2-26-2020 my 5 stars went to 2 becasue of how I was just treated on the phone by a technician and they forgot to put our heatstrips in for winter and when our gas heater stopped working and tried the one on the ac still not working fast track to yesterday a technician came out and do the inspection come to find out the heat strips that where paid for where never intsalled and here today comes and no appointment no call no nothing a technician is at my door wanting install heat strips on the new ac unit so be very careful on what companys you pick for your ac the work is great but the people there are rude hope this helps whoever out on picking a better as company I definalty dont recommend

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

Had my ac replaced by andrews refrigeration, technicians are knowledgeable and had my new unit installed and running in a few hours. Referred them to my family and had their old unit swapped out for new energy-efficient ac units.
